It’s a bad atmosphere. Kids are not welcomed, usually kids are frowned upon by employees. Cashiers are rude, specially when someone makes returns. I never write bad reviews but this Marshall’s needs improvement.

I recently visited Marshall's in the Restore Shopping Center in Stoneham, Massachusetts, and I must say that my experience left me very disappointed. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that something was amiss.First and foremost, the atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming. Many of the workers appeared visibly unhappy, which immediately set a negative tone for my shopping trip.Another issue I encountered was the long lines at the checkout counters. It seemed like there were not enough staff members to handle the volume of customers, leading to frustratingly long wait times. It's disheartening to spend more time waiting in line than actually browsing the store.Furthermore, the store's organization left a lot to be desired. Shelves were poorly stocked, and it was challenging to find the items I was looking for. This lack of attention to detail added to my overall sense of disappointment.In summary, my visit to Marshall's in Stoneham, Massachusetts, was marred by unhappy workers, long lines, and a lack of organization. It's disheartening to see such potential wasted in what could be a great shopping experience. I hope that Marshall's management can address these issues to improve the overall customer experience at this location.
