Had my break pads, rotors, calipers, fluid, etc. replaced not even two years ago and under 10,000 miles ago. Now im being told it all needs to be replaced again by another Midas.

I been going to this Midas for quite some time, they were ok, but recently they have a new Manager name Lance, he and all his staff was very professional and friendly, they made you feel welcome and they are very honest. Highly recommended!

After reading several good reviews I decided to come and give Midas in Stoneham a chance. I came in looking to get an exhaust problem fixed as well as look into fixing my AC. First walked in and was greeted by Matt at 10 am for my appointment. I asked about how long it would take to get the car back and was told it would take about an hour give or take. My fiancé and I decided to stay in the area as we didn’t live super close by and didn’t want to drive all the way back just to come back an hour later. I called at 12 to check in and was told he was looking at the car and to give him five or ten minutes. Ok that’s fine. I was not called back until 1:15. Matt proceeds to tell me the guy looking at my AC was “not familiar with AC units” which made me upset because I did not want an inaccurate diagnosis. Matt then goes on to tell me the initial exhaust issue cannot be fixed and that there is nothing he can do at this point. Matt continues to tell me about several different issues that I was not even concerned about in the first place. Saying that “my air filters looked dirty and could use replacing” or “your tires are dry rotting and could explode at some point” when I explicitly said that my only concern was the rattling exhaust noise was not helpful in any way. I went out of my way to give this shop a chance and after waiting 3 hours, no resolution to either problem, and being given a laundry list of other issues I am not keen to come back to this shop ever again.

Truly the best customer service at a Midas that I have experiences, folx were helpful and made sure that I was well informed about my car repairs, which I truly appreciate as not everyone will let you know and see things, but these folx have. Special shout out to Jaime!

Here at midas the workers were good and helpful, prices are good too and the quality of work is good. My boy jamie there helped me through the whole process and explained to me the problem about my car as well as explaining to me the cost of labor. 10/10 recommend for anyone with car problems come check them out at midas.

What a SCAM operation !!!!
I went there, because my muffler in the pipe back from the muffler needed to be replaced ONLY . Nothing else needed to be done except for that.
Before my vehicle can even be brought inside, they wanted me to sign a release, which was also an invoice for $54. This invoice was for a total vehicle inspection that they perform on all vehicles before they even addressed the issue, I was hiring them for.!
I do not want a totaled vehicle inspection, nor do I want to spend extra money for it— I have a mechanic for that
Avoid these people at all costs
As you can see you in the reviews, they are not highly rated at all
