Brad was highly responsive, super friendly & very professional. It was right after the blizzard of 26 & yet he still made time to fix my auger cable on a new Cub Cadet. He also made some adjustments that will keep me going for a long time. Thanks Brad!

I brought two snow blowers to North Shore Customs in Stoneham for tune-ups and couldn’t be happier. The turnaround was quick, communication was easy, and both machines are running great now. It’s clear they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be bringing my equipment back here again.

Super helpful and thoughtful shop. Picked up a screw in my rear tire and shop prioritized getting me back on 2. I use the bike to commute to Providence twice a week and have no car. Super guy, and will bring more work to them. Def quality service.
