I have been apart of Salons by JC for 8 years now. Everyone from the owner and manager, to all my fellow coworker's, I have never not felt welcomed and loved. We have all always had each other’s backs and I have made some of my best friends here. Despite what you may think about being in individual suites, every one is always so open, kind and friendly, making it still feel like a traditional salon at times. Aside from the vibes of the amazing people you are surrounded with, the management is top tier. Of everything that has needed to be addressed or fixed over the years, it has ALWAYS been done promptly and professionally. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I will have been here for almost 10 years and can seriously call this place home! I love having my business here at salons by jc- I even left to open my business elsewhere but it just wasn’t the same. There’s just something about the environment, support and the community here. Highly recommend!

I see Dee Connors she is the BEST ! She does amazing extensions and beautiful color natural to rainbow fashion color. I always love what she does and it is obvious hair is her passion. She is the nicest hairdresser I've ever had and always accomodates my needs and actually tries to help me maintain my hair at home!! I won't go to anyone else

Dee Connors in Suite 24 is extremely professional and extremely thorough with the directions that she gives for aftercare. She honestly cares about the integrity of your hair. This is not just a Job for Dee she is definitely passionate about her job and does it because she likes it not because she has to. I want to do all of my hair services. As an example, she has brought me from almost black hair and now it’s almost white! And I love it! I had to be patient and she explained that. I’m evenly glad that I was because my hair is not damaged because of that in the after care instructions that she gave me.Services: Hair extensions

I went and saw Kayla Gibbs for the first time. I found her by the last salon she was at, and her work on IG. @haircomeskayla. I have hair that no stylist has even been able to do exactly what what I wanted. She kept my hair healthy, made me the perfect blonde with dimension, and gave an amazing cut! She was so sweet and really cared about what I wanted and made it happen. This was my first time going to see her, and I will definitely be back. Her prices were great too. Overall a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Kayla!

I've been going to Nicole for years. She is the ONLY person I trust with my hair. She is amazing at what she does, and loves a challenge when it comes her way. I've given her plenty of challenges, and have yet to be disappointed. So thankful for a stylist who cares about her clients and takes very good care of them.

I am *obsessed* with my hair cut and color. Found BB on Groupon, and will be back again, no question. I've never been enthusiastic about a haircut before, but now I can't stop looking at it! She trained on Newbury St. for those of you who follow stylistic pedigrees, so now you can get a high-end Boston style without going into the city! Lovely person, and very talented. Highly recommend.

This is a cool concept for salon services. Individual stylists, beauticians, etc. lease fully equipped "mini-salons" which makes the customer experience much more intimate, 1:1 and individualized. Great for those people who experience PTSD from jr. high & high school whenever they enter a more traditional salon. I see Hair by Hunter located in Salons by JC. She's an awesome stylist & colorist.
