Had a great experience with the service department. After waiting a long time to get an appointment to repair my car, Rich from service called to tell me they had some sick calls and was not sure if they would get to my car. He apologized and offered a few solutions that would make it easy for me to bring it back if need be. He called me again mid afternoon to tell me the mechanic brought my vehicle in and it needed a part that they wouldn’t be able to get to the morning, did I want to bring it back or could they keep it? I was able to secure my own transportation, so it was easier for everyone. Great service!

Have been a customer for over 20 years . Last 2 times in for service paid for "The Works" which includes top off all fluids. They refused to top off the coolant in my 2018 Expedition stating that they do not add coolant when it is at the MIN level only, they only add coolant when it goes below MIN level. They don't know the basics about automobile maintenance. They should read the Ford owners manual "adding coolant" section, they would get an education and maybe realize how foolish they sound when they give their customers the wrong information. I have messaged them and posted on there Facebook page (post disappeared in less than two minutes) but they can't be bothered to contact me.

Arrived at 1:55 in the afternoon one car in front of me they came out and got that car at 2:10 so now I’m the only one in the quick lane. At 3 o’clock I went in and asked them if anybody was still doing oil changes, then they promptly brought my car in and change the oil in 20 minutes. I have been getting my oil changed there for about eight or 10 years. I will not be going back .quick Lane I don’t think so.Service: Oil change

I ordered a Bronco Sport back in March. Unfortunately due to the computer chip shortage, it was delayed multiple times. Stoneham Ford was supportive throughout the process and answered any questions or concerns I had. Staff were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I was so excited to finally receive my Bronco when it was ready. Highly recommend Stoneham Ford!

My wife took our car in for a oil change and they accidentally cut our windshield fluid hose. We realized the next day and called. They told us to come back in for them to fix it. My wife tried 2 times to go but they were closed (were suppose to be open) or they were only doing oil changes and refused to look at the car. Today we finally got them to have them look at it. They said it was animal that ate through the line. My wife explained we park under a tree and that debris is not from a animal. My father had checked the hose the day we discovered the issue and it was clearly cut. After an hour wasted my wife asked for our car back because they clearly were going to do nothing. Then the “manager” proceeds to talk to the mechanic and mocked my wife like she wasn’t standing there. She then called me to explain. I called the manager and he said that it was an animal and he had never talked to my wife about fixing it. I told that my wife had talked to him the day after and he said "no problem, just bring it in and we will fix it". He then goes on to say that conversation never happened. I said to him, your either lying or you are calling wife a liar. Then he proceeds to tell me I cannot call him a liar. He then says all the same stuff back to me and thinks that Is a good enough explanation. I then I reiterated that he is either lying or he is calling my wife liar. I ask which one he is saying. Then he hung up on me. I never swore or yelled during our entire conversation. Very disappointing. They will never get my business again.
