My son had an accident in stoneham and it had to be towed . And couldn’t imagine how much it would cost because forgot to renew and it takes a week to kick in. . When I called about the towing company the person I spoke with was so nice and professional. . And I didn’t have the car so it took meet a couple of day and they worked with me. They were busy the day I wanted it towed and they were very apologetic about asked me if it was ok and I didn’t mind at all . And the gentleman that. Dropped the car off was so nice and it was first thing in the morning. I asked him for a card and would recommend them to anybody that needs a tow.

We had a problem with our boat trailer that required a flatbed tow. Stuck on 93 in the midst of Memorial Day traffic. Being from Stoneham our first call was to Stoneham Towing. They were very quick to respond. Would like to give a huge Thanks, for their prompt, professional and courteous service. If you are ever in need of a tow please keep Stoneham Towing in mind. I honestly don’t even have the words to explain how grateful we are for Stoneham Towing. We were stranded in Burlington, VT and they came ALL THE WAY there to get us. My husband and I were traveling to Montreal for a concert and our car was stolen. We were able to recover the car but it was not driveable. We got it towed to VT by a Canadian company, but they couldn’t go further then that. AAA denied us, all the local VT towing companies denied us. Out of desperation we called Stoneham Towing to see if they offer long distance services. Their response? “We take care of our own.” We are so grateful for their kindness and helping us get back home. I will never call anyone else.

When I was disappointed with AAA service not responding timely to an emergency situation. Stoneham Towing came to my rescue in 15 minutes and got me to where I needed for further help. The truck tech was Joel! You're my hero. Great price. Fast service. Excellent care of my car.

Jeff gave a great quote for a last min tow I needed on a Sat - Boston to North Reading. His driver Joel listened to my concerns and took his time to get my truck out of the garage unharmed, and with the complications that come w tight turns and city roads - even let my little guy learn the levers on the flatbed! Thanks again!!
