When I was disappointed with AAA service not responding timely to an emergency situation. Stoneham Towing came to my rescue in 15 minutes and got me to where I needed for further help. The truck tech was Joel! You're my hero. Great price. Fast service. Excellent care of my car.

Jeff gave a great quote for a last min tow I needed on a Sat - Boston to North Reading. His driver Joel listened to my concerns and took his time to get my truck out of the garage unharmed, and with the complications that come w tight turns and city roads - even let my little guy learn the levers on the flatbed! Edgar was awesome! Towed my car and answered my many questions with patience. They also answered the phone quickly, kindly, and were super helpful. And, got someone out to me about 10 min after I called! Highly recommend!

Didn't actually need a tow but the person on the phone was pleasant, understanding and said the tow would be there in 30 minutes. When I called back to cancel, he was nice and didn't give me a hard time for canceling, which I have experienced before.

I called Stoneham towing yesterday in a pinch to get my work truck to my mechanic. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very nice very professional sent somebody right out and was able to get my work truck towed to where It was going.

My work van broke down last Friday. I called Stoneham towing. Andrew answered the phone, was polite and professional. He told me it would be about an hour, as the driver's were on other tows. Ok, not a problem, I will see you then, I said.He called me back about 10 minutes later and asked some questions. Andrew determined that he could use another truck to tow it and came himself!10 minutes later he was at my location. He hooked my Sprinter up and off we went. During the ride, he was incredibly polite and got to learn a bit about him.Tow was seamless, dropped it off at my local Mercedes dealer an hour away.As a Business owner, Andrew is exactly the type of employee I love finding. He's professional, polite, and great at his job. The owner would be wise to keep him on. If I get stranded again, near Stoneham, they will be my 1st call.Service: Special vehicle towing

After waiting over 2 1/2 hours for another tow truck company from Medford to pick up my vehicle, I called multiple times for an update and was treated with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Luckily I found Stoneham Towing and within 15 mins they were at my door. Mario, was super professional and extremely helpful. He changed what had become a horrid day for the better. These guys are a class act! I had one of my Company Trucks stuck on a hillside with the rear end a foot away from a house (In a Blizzard). Mario came and instantly started evaluating the situation.
