I love this little bookshop and visit it often! Great selection of all kinds of books with fair prices, and you can sell used books here too. They have a great inventory of gifts and puzzles as well. The owners are really nice and knowledgeable, and they have a good rewards program. This has become my go-to shop for buying books!

If you’re looking for a bookstore in Stoneham or the areas near it, look no further. After trying out all the bookstores around the area this one is the best one, and it has new and used books. It’s so pretty and cozy inside and the couple running the place are very nice and friendly. They have some sort of point system where every time you buy a book you earn a point and after 10points(10 books) you get $10 off a book. 10 books during one purchase are nothing to book lover but $10 discount in this economy is very much appreciated.

An outstanding used bookstore with curation! This is a bit of a revelation for me! Books are in great condition, and there's tons of good stuff here. I rate bookstores on how much FOMO I feel - how much do I want to read every dang book on the shelf? It's very high here. ??Also the owners are wonderful, friendly, and helpful.

I have been going to The Book Oasis for years. Used to live in Melrose & moved to Salem NH. They are still my go to place for both new & used books. Owners Debbie & Dan are very helpful & personable.

This is a little jewel in Stoneham! Packed floor to ceiling with amazing treasures. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable and will assist you in getting any book you're looking for!

Excellent little used bookstore crammed to the brim with mostly mass market paperbacks but many hidden gems can be found.Took some time finding a parking spot on a side street as it seems smack dab in the middle of a busy intersection with minimal street parking but it was worth it. Wandered in to a surprisingly cool room with classical radio playing, always a calming addition when perusing for books.First searched the classics section and found Nine Stories by JD Salinger and then The Plague by Camus, always heard it was a good one. Browsed some more though didn't find the Nonfiction section as there was ALOT of mass market paperbacks (think romantic novels and crime thrillers), sol asked one of the owners (husband and wife team | suspected) for any works by Don Delillo, a favorite of mine currently. He lead me over to the rack and even found Ratner's Star. A bit too tattered for me but ended up with a newish copy of TheThird Policeman, already started it and it's pretty good so far! Check out this store because it's also pretty good so far!

I often frequent the Book Oasis store and I have found the bookstore to be an amazing hidden gem and the staff are so kind. Local book stores are a huge plus to any community and we are so lucky to have a great bookstore in Stoneham. If you have not gone, it is worth the trip!

Wonderful gem in the heart of Stoneham. The owner was amazing and helped guide me to what I was looking for. I could spend hours in this small book store.
