Walgreens provides great customer service. The staff is helpful and friendly. They put the customer first and take ownership of issues. The pharmacists are kind and knowledgeable, often going out of their way to assist. Walgreens is better than other pharmacies at managing prescriptions, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The staff is always friendly, kind, and helpful, even when short-staffed. They deserve appreciation for their hard work and dedication to providing excellent service. Overall, Walgreens is a fabulous pharmacy that comes through for its customers time and time again.

Starting to regret using this store for my pharmacy needs. Every time I call I get put on hold for extremely long periods of time and then they hang up on me. WORSE WALGREENS PHARMACY!!! I’ve been on hold for an hour and a half! I NEED an update on my husband’s prescription.
