I walked in 15 minutes before they opened with a broken frame. The technician saw my issue and immediately helped me. My frame was discontinued and she went above and beyond to find a frame that fit my lenses. Had she not done that I'd be going a week or more without them. Thank you Bj's optical in Stoughton for the awesome service.

The service was great overall but there are areas of concern in which I believe need some improvement.The optician was amazing but the waiting period for the product (glasses) was a bit long.The price seems a bit high as well, there is little to no discount to apply which could lower the overall cost. As members, active military etc., I believe BJs could and should have applicable discounts.

This is the first time I received and was very satisfied with an eye exam. The whole team was very patient. And explain term I didn't know. I scheduled my appointment for next year before leaving. The sun glass section definitely channeled mt inner Diva. Can't wait to wear them
