Firstly, congrats on the new spot downtown. It's a really nice location! This was my first time since you moved. Out of all the visits I have had to your store this was the most disappointing though. The way the store is merchandised and during a tournament/model painting it was extremely hard to navigate or even shop as your tables were next to all your board games. It was very uncomfortable.
Your mtg singles card display case was hard to see in. The stock behind the cash wrap was also hard to see. The register is facing the front of your store and with displays blocking your view you ended up with a line of customers being ignored. Your other customer rep was busy painting models to give notice.
I'm not going to give you negative stars for any of that as I'm not looking to hurt a small business. You guys just moved too and I'm sure are figuring things out. I hope you find this information helpful and earnest as I only want you to be informed. The people I were with all felt that we had better experiences at your last location and I'm hoping you can get that feeling back as we really love your store.
