An absolutely wonderful family friendly store, that serves as a great place for community building through their in store events. Their prices are fair for a small business and they have on several occasions helped me when I had a minor problem with my purchase.”

I am incredibly grateful for her time. It required the cashier at the register to wait and the people who normally facilitate with closing to wait as well. They all did this with a smile. “I’ve been to this location countless times to pick up all kinds of things, and I’m always blown away by how much there is to look at, buy, and learn about. The staff knows their stuff and they’re always friendly—talking with them is part of the experience.
This store is one of my favorites. The only downside is that it’s about an hour from home, so I usually save my trips for special occasions. This time, I came in for some exotic lumber for a charcuterie board I’m making for a Yankee Swap Christmas gift.

Siuyien was very patient, professional and knowledgeable in helping me making decisions on the size, color, mats and placement, etc. I used to struggle on the purchasing of appropriate frames and mats online and in other art supply stores. “We just had my daughter’s 8th birthday party at Michael’s - it was great! We did the painting party and it was a solid hour and half of painting crafts. Our party host was amazing and great with the kids. My daughter said it was her favorite birthday ever.”
