Brought two cars here for pre purchase inspections. Worked with Vitali. Ended up buying a used Prius from Hybrid cars rather than the cars I brought in for inspection. They were fully transparent throughout the process and replaced several items on the car before I bought it. Very happy with the car and the service/communication.
