I came in to buy bathing suits, and although I realize most are out of stock right now, they have NOTHING here. The selection of clothing was very scarce and prices were a bit outrageous. Then I had a cashier who made it look like her register was open, and she told me she wasn’t (she was just standing there just talking to other associates), so I went to a younger girl, who was VERY nice.
But then when asked if I have a Kohls card at the end of the scanning, I said I just have my phone number (this is also confusing because they have a card and a rewards program). The cashier who told me that her register wasn’t open asked me in a very sarcastic tone, “You don’t have an Kohls card?!” I said no, and she said “Ok…” in a sarcastic tone. This employee clearly had an attitude. I hope she’s not the manager!

My only problem is when there is a Muslim women in full atire never engaging, once at the Amazon return, and once as a cashier, I try avoid her at all cost, all other staff is nice She has such a distinct for customers (Americans)

Truly a great experience every time I go. The associates at the registers are incredibly friendly, especially Grace and Mary D who I had the most recently. The deals are good when you know when to go and the store is organized for the most part (some sections are messy but they’re manageable). I do have a pleasant experience whether shopping the sales or doing an Amazon return!

Worst experience. I went there to shop had to use the bathroom with my 4 year old daughter. We went to use the soap and the soap dispenser fell off the wall and poured all the soap all over her. They didn’t even offer to buy her a new shirt: I had to go and get her a new shirt. Unbelievable!!! Not happy at all. Trying to find a cooperate number to complain to as well.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I call to see if they have certain product in the inventory at the store. The associate Jessalyn was very professional, patient and polite. She took her time checking to see if the inventory was in stock that I was inquiring about.
