Have been here 4 times this summer & each experience was worse then the previous one. Definitely finding a new salon. Went in at 6:30pm & 1 girl did my manicure while a different girl did pedicure. Skipped a few steps, nicked toe, didnt completely remove previous polish, filed so hard broke off corner of thumb nail & new polish just looks horrible ; not full coverage, not smooth & not symmetrical. Disappointed & wondering if I can get a refund
Edit...had nails fixed but may not go back.

Nice place. I did my hands and feet for vacation and I love it. I was very impressed because I have very shaky hands, haha, and the guy managed to make my nails look so pretty.

I don't get my nails done often but every nail salon I been too they never take more than 5 minutes to attend you or as soon as you walk in they attend. I came here at 4:50 something and they attended me when I was fed up and about to leave 5:37. People who came minutes after me got attended first than me. But if you're in a rush and u want a them to be fast with it please don't come here. If you wanna take you're time and all day come here.

I had a manicure with regular nail polish and a little over 24 hours later one nail had half the polish peel from it . This morning the same thing happened to another nail. My expectation was that it would last 5-6 days as it does when I do my own nails. Won't be returning as in addition to poor quality the reception is less than welcoming when you arrive. The young woman who did my nails was nice but appeared tired.

This place acts high quaity but isn't. frist color change on toes $30. tech used no gloves. noone could do the simple designs. Then the coment on my post -better business burea conplaint next. Learn how speak. I'm telling everyone and anyone that will listen. I paid you guys are over priced and rude go cry over it.

As you can see I've gotten my full set not even a week ago and I've been disappointed with my $80 full set lifting and nails popping off due to poor application. A woman named Tracey failed to do a long full set without applying acrylic onto my cuticle... So I am now left with 4 nails on each hand for this holiday. Don't expect your fullset to last longer than 5 days !!!

These people will not charge you the right amount for the service provided. They will give you a price, then they will charge you extra and take their own tips out of your card. They did that to me a couple of time. They are so eager for tips, it's like you owe them the tips. One of the guy working there does that a lot. Clients should tip you, if they feel like to, or if there are very satisfy of your service.

50 dollars for a pedicure!!? I was stunned by the price as well as the rude staff. The charge of an extra 5 bucks to take gel polish off was also surprising. Which explains why it was empty.
