Great gym the staff are always so friendly.The machine options are standard but for the abs and stretching area it's always so packed and tight as well there's always a random machine broken... There are 4 stair masters but only two works .

Overall equipment is good a verity of exercise machines with some free weights. Just frustrated with equipment maintenance and repair. Any machine that is out of service takes monthly to get repaired, recently a stationary bike went out of service. I left for Florida when I returned 2 months later still out of service now a second is out of service and third cup holder is broken off. Only 5 of these in gym so 40% out of service, now we pay an annual fee for maintenance! So I would expect we get something for our money like maintenance not just an extra fee to the business.

I didn't want to post pictures of anybody besides myself; but it's very nice inside. The equipment is always clean and in good shape, the locker rooms and showers are roomy and washed well, and the people there are helpful and kind. It's a great place for anybody to improve themselves.

I love this gym location. I go early in the morning between 6:30 and 7 am. The people are great and the staff is nice. No one bothers you, you can do your workouts in peace, and it's not crowded at that time.

Joey shouldn’t have a job at planet fitness bad customer service force me to try crunch, and crunch is 10 times better a lot more equipment. and people are more friendly

They were out of the disposable eye protection for tanning. I was sold eye protection that was literally non functional. The string that should hold the eyewear up in no way,shape or form fit into the pinpoint holes in the eyewear. The associate at the front desk also attempted to put the eyewear together, despite it’s clear impossibilty. I requested a refund and was told that he could not issue me one- I paid cash just hand it back sir. He said Id have to come back during 9am-5pm (working hours) to get my money back. While it really was not an expensive purchase, it is still poor business practice to sell a customer complete garbage and then basically deny a refund if I have to return during working hours.
