Takes forever to clear a check, then they hit you with $35 penalties for being overdrawn because your check hasn't cleared. Over the last few months including today I have observed employees at the Stoughton branch not wearing masks.

Mixed reviews of Rockland Trust & the Stoughton Branch. Over the past year we have refinanced our mortgage, taken out a home equity line of credit and opened a checking account. In branch, customer service and follow up with David & Jamison have been very good, not so much with other associates. Dial in contact center experience nothing short of excellent. Customer facing FIS Horizon (a clunky outdated core) component of online banking has been tedious, restrictive and far from user friendly. Overall experience is better than one would get from most local community banks / credit unions and far better than a big bank experience yet still room for customer experience improvement. Hopefully after INDB finishes their imperialistic conquest of local community banks and vaults past the coveted $10B mark, they will focus more on customer experience, especially systemically.

Branch manager and staff is so great. We have a business checking account here - credit app was super easy with Jamison too. Always there to answer questions and provide tools for small businesses to grow.

Probably the worst bank in the area. You could literally jump their counter, figure out their computer software, jump back over the counter, and walk to your car in the time it takes tellers to do anything there. The drive thru is nice if you have 20 minutes to waste. Noel H has the absolute worst attitude/customer service anywhere. If you must use Rockland Trust, just do it all online.
