Good place to shop, clean store and courteous employees, I'm updating my review,, the place has really come up in a good way, the prices are still high but this store is special except for a couple of things,
When people go there after 7:00 p.m. there's only one cashier?
The self checkout area is closed off?
Now there is employees in the store but no one can help people cash out and leave in a timely manner?? Why??

This store needs to train its staff on empathy and customer service. Saw a cashier refuse to give a disabled elderly lady the same price on a few items simply because she didn’t download the digital coupon 15 minutes prior to checking out. Apparently the coupons take at least 15 minutes to activate. They could have given her the sale price as a courtesy but the cashier was so rude. She also charged her extra for other items, which then forced her to wait in a long line for a refund from customer service. Disgusting behavior. After seeing that, I will never shop there again.

Top 5 worst stop and shops of all time! I thought an item was behind the counter because the box I purchased was taped shut. I thought I had to ask for the item because the box was empty but the manager would not speak to me so that I could request the item. Then when he finally ackowledged me after two minutes of him mean mugging, he said I didnt buy the item like that, accussing me of stealing and lying. He is the male, dark skin, manager, and is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered at a grocery store. Another woman supervisor helped me and was kind enough to let me exchange my item for a new one, but because of that man I will never ever go back to this location again. Also a cashier and bag boy made wise remarks when I asked if the register was open, since they turned off the light when I approached the register. The employees here have a lot of nerve to treat customers the way they do! This place is absolutely terrible!

They deserve 0 star. This store (perhaps like all their other one)s is awful. There is hardly any cashiers. Nearly 50% of their products do scan and you have to wait repeatedly for help. They have no care about their customers time and satisfaction. They deserve to go bankrupt.

The short black male supervisor is so rude and unprofessional. He talked down on me because of his stupid mistake and that of a cashier black young girl. I was trying to shop for an old lady who is homebound. I didn't know how to use the ETB card and eventually the card was blocked because I had entered the wrong pin no 3x. He was rude when i asked him why they didn't tell me the no of times i could enter the pin.had to leave the groceries behind and he wanted me to take the other stuff i bought in my hands and leave the cart with him. How could a manager or supervisor ask a customer to leave the store with her groceries in her hands or go grab another cart, when i clearly had a cart with my groceries in it. He is the most unprofessional and a rude employee

prices depending of how much you want to spend some items are little more spencil but they do have savings and offers so you have to look for those ?
