On my last THREE visits, about half of your male employees had their mask hanging below their nose (the women I saw were fine though). WTF, I mean we are in a pandemic but you don't doesn't care enough about your customers to make them wear a mask correctly? Our hospitals have run out of beds, people are rude to each other in public, and you expect me to stand near your "dude-bro employees" wearing his mask on his chin? No, I don't think so. I won't be back.

This particular Target looks like it has given up. There are hardly any products on the shelves (never trust the website to check if the product is in stock as it's not accurate). What products that are there are a mess. I just went to buy a picture frame and most of the frames are stacked on top of each other laying on the bottom shelf and not hung up properly. A few employees that I saw that looked like they were supposed to be stocking shelves were just standing in the aisles looking at their phones and one man was very loudly speaking on his phone's speaker to someone. It's a very disorganized store. I get that the pandemic has caused shortages but other Targets I've been to have had significantly more products and the shelves are organized. Even if you have the product in stock, if it's not presented properly, how do you expect to make the sale? I suggest trying a different store.

I must say this Target is very convenient off the highway. Anytime I need to go grocery shopping and can't go to actual grocery store I do come here. Most employees are happy to be there to help customers. Store is clean.

Target sucks. I tried to purchase two dumbbells online for pick up at this store. They were available when I made the purchase and then not 2 minutes after the order was placed, Target canceled the order of one but charged me for the other. One dumbbell is useless to me and was not what I purchased. I then canceled my order (which wasn't met in the first place) and Target then did not refund me my money. They issued me a gift card! This is complete BS. Target failed to fulfill my order but still took my money. It's a terrible business practice...I will go out of my way to shop anywhere else in the future....Amazon, Walmart, Walgreens, you name it.

I go there for cvs only. That pharmacy is great. Target not so much. The food at this target is a disgrace. I've seen moly food, frozen food with freezer burns, expired bread products. Broken shelf displays. Just bad.

Back when the coronavirus pandemic was at it peak, senior hours were everyday. Then senior hours were changed to Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I just went to the Stoughton Target at 8.00 am and was told that senior hours have gone back to every day, following governor's orders. That is rubbish, as no other supermarket or big box store has senior hours every day. BJs senior hours is only on Sunday for example. I contacted customer service on Chat and was told senior hours should only be Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and the Stoughton management will need internal coaching on this issue. By the way, there were no seniors lining up to get into this location, only a number of frustrated shoppers in the carpark.

The employees were great but the store is like a maze and the clothes there for kids were not the amazing I would like to see better quality in clothes. Something J also hate is the school supplie section it does not have desk organizers like the one I saw on the website.

This is the best Target in the area with covered parking. It's also clean and well organized with people always offering to help. A recent experience I had with a manager, NES, was beyond helpful. He went out of his way to assist me getting pandemic supplies. Hard to find kindness like that these days. There is also a Starbucks inside.

I placed a to go order of a tv and and after three hours I went to the store to ask when it would be ready and the lady at guest services was very rude and abrupt when telling me that she had no idea and to just wait for the email (she wasn't wearing a mask). Another 2 hours went by (a total of 5 hours since I ordered it) and I called the store asking what was going on and the same lady answered and said she still had no idea so I asked her if I could just cancel the order and just get the tv myself and purchase it and she said sure, so I proceeded to go into the store again and went to the service desk (same lady was there) and she told a young boy to go get our tv, who had a major attitude, and he brought it out and we were going to head to the car when the lady yelled hey where are you going you haven't paid for that... She then told us that we had to cancel the order (rather then her just processing the already existing order) and pay for it AGAIN right there even though I wouldn't get my refund till the next day. So I tried cancelling it and as I'm about to finalize it she says oh wait just kidding your order is processed, you're all set now after I have already transferred money. At this point I am beyond annoyed and the lady had nothing to say other then that fact that I was all set now (FIVE hours later) and the kid that was bringing out the tv had the audacity to say "you didn't park really far away did you"... WHAT!! are you not getting paid to walk 2 minutes into the parking lot to push a 30 lb tv!? Once we got to the car he just stood there and watched me load it in and just walked away once it was done. I am beyond dissatisfied with every aspect of my experience!

I love this store so much. Alice and her team are great and they're always here to help when you need them. It's also nice and clean too and the parking is never an issue

I think I enjoy this store solely because of the entrance. They have this weird Escalator/ shopping cart thing that makes you want to leave with a shopping chart to push it on it's own ramp. Like many targets you leave with a cart full of things you did not go to the store for.

This is the nicest Target I've been to and I'm from California! Pizza Hut still has the original breadsticks and it has everything I'd expect from a target. I've been to a Super Target somewhere in north Cali and even that doesn't compare to how nice this place is! 10/10

Store was dirty and not well stocked. Only one register open and I used self checkout and of course there was an issue and I needed assist. I went to the bathroom and it was the filthiest bathroom I had been in. No toilet paper in most of the stalls, one was unusable. It's a shame since I used to like coming to this store. I will not be returning, Walmart is cleaner with a better selection.

One star for the staff name start with Sa*** who has a distinguished voice caused by a short tongue syndrome. She should never have been placed in the store front Guest Service. Her attitude towards customers is horrible. She's useless at her job and unwillingness to help customers to resolve their issues. - December 27, 2018, Target.com had a good deal on household supplies for order-online-pick-up-in-store of 3 select items receive $10 gift card. I made an order of 3x packages of Scott toilet paper. The same product with quantity of 3 and expected to get back $10. - Jan 1, 2019, they fulfilled 2 items in my order, and hang the remaining 1 item of the same kind with the $10 gift card unfulfilled. - Jan 10, 2019, I started feeling something off. So, I called Target.com. They told me to contact the store Guest Service at Stoughton MA as this is in store pickup order. The same day, I got a text said that my order is ready for pickup at Stoughton. - Jan 11, 2019, waiting in line for a while at Target Stoughton Guest Service for my turn to come forward, I handed the woman my ID, she couldn't find my name on her hand device. So, I handed her the text I received yesterday with my order number. She then told me I already picked up my order. I said "yes, I picked up 2 out of 3 items and I still have 1 more to pick up". She said "the item wasn't here". I asked "I made this order in December, when should I expect the last item?" I felt that she got frustrated and starting to raise her voice. "I don't know" she replied. "Then why I got a text message yesterday telling me to come to pick up" I continued. "I don't know. You should call the Customer Service" she repeated. I said "I called them yesterday and they told me to come here to talk to the store Guest Service to resolve the issue." Now she heard that I already called the Customer Service. She really yelled at me "I don't know M'AM. You have nothing here M'AM......your order is not here M'AM" With that kind of answer from a customer service I know they are not willing to do anything else besides relentlessly saying that "they don't know." So, I said "OK" and left the store empty handed when I saw her shifted her head looking at the next customer in line. That is my story from a disappointed customer after trying to stock on 90 rolls of toilet paper for a $10 gift card and had to deal with a disrespectful Customer Service staff. I ended up paid for 60 rolls of toilet paper at the full price, NO $10 deal and got aggravated by the rude and useless guest service woman at this Target Stoughton. I will stop shopping here even though it's right by my house. I had enough incidents with staffs here. First incident when a staff repeatedly refused to do a price match to Target.com at the checkout where it's clearly stated in their policy. Second incident when I used my phone for both the Target in-app coupon and Target wallet/cartwheel. After asking her to scan the coupon in the app on my phone, she refused to scan my phone for the second time for in-app wallet pay. Three unhappy incidents happened here with the same group of people made me think either these people slept through their job training sessions, or I had been discriminated due to my race.
