“My first time discovering this spot, and I love it! Lovely to see locals coming in with friends and family for quality time chatting over a cup of coffee. Nice background music. I enjoyed the Mexican mocha and cranberry/orange scone, and I got a toy truck for my friend's little one. The bookstore employee was very nice and engaging with the customers and ready to help with recommendations. I'll be back soon!”

“My 4 year old daughter simply does not interact with other people but the folks at this Build a Bear always get her out of her shell and positively bursting with excitement. Having worked retail I can't imagine how difficult it must be to make every interaction feel special when you do it all day long but these folks step up every time for what is a very magical moment for the kids building a new friend. Everyone has been wonderful but Serena in particular really shines!”
“Love the atmosphere ! Purchased a pretty floral bag here and couldn't stop admiring it all day. Would go again, it is a little bit pricey now a days but so is everything else. Would be something I do occasionally to treat myself.”

“Merry Go Rounds is a great spot with tons of inventory! The owner, Mellissa is super sweet and helpful. There’s a lot of options for boys and girls in every size, and a huge selection of books! I can’t wait to go back.”
“Plaza is cute but exiting out of one side of the plaza is scary. Parking lot can get packed due to the Dunkin Donut drive through blocking other traffic. The resturant there has a small area for outside dining.”
“Great place to find gifts for adults or children. They always have a new selection of goodies, always clean, vibrant colors, well organized. Price wise it's not a cheap place, but if you have a coupon you get in mail from them, you can actually score a great discount. I've bought jewelry pieces there, bath and body products, kids toys and crafts, housewarming gifts, all always well liked by recipients.”

“Today, I called the Dedham store to request to reprint a receipt that was not given at the time of the transaction. Denise answered the phone and she was so helpful and understanding. She researched for a while and she called me back when she was able to reprint the receipt. I was very impressed with her commitment to help me. A total different experience from my bad experience on Saturday with the store manager.

“This past weekend I had the best experience of my life at a Five Below. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. They assisted me with looking for the items I needed for my daughters birthday party, checked the back room for anything that may have been out of stock, with some items being found! Whatever was not found the associate was able to find another location nearby that had it in stock, or where in the area may have it. The same associate greeted me at checkout and happily inflated just under a dozen balloons for us. She even asked us how we wanted to personalize our display and layered the balloons so we would have less work at our party. I've been to this location previously but mostly kept to myself, and have never experienced the horror stories that other reviews are leaving. It makes me think they must be guilty of some of the things they're being accused of and mad they got caught. This is my favorite location and none of your bad reviews will ever make me think otherwise. Thank you”

“So we went there it was about 20 minutes before closing and there were a lot of people there of that obviously knew it was open they do have a lot of stuff we went in for a phone case for an apple 16 took a few minutes to find it but we did we also got a dog toy and they have a lot more other stuff than you would think of and just to let you know there are stuff that is over $5”
