“Everything about my recent (Jan 2026) experience renting a UHaul van was great! When we missed our pickup time due to weather-related delays (had to shovel out quite a bit of heavy snow), the location called to see if we were still coming to pick up. The pickup process was seamless, and we easily added my husband as an additional driver. The van had been cleared of snow, was very clean, and drove smoothly. It fit everything we needed to transport. Returning the van was just as easy as picking it up.
