I really want to like it since i love Ulta, but we went in there looking for men's cologne, and we were disappointed with the lack of availability (of colognes & perfumes) in general. Usually, there are testers, so you can see if you would like it or not, but there was next to none.They only advised me to buy it and then return it if you don't like it. I'm not sure about you, but cologne these days aren't cheap, and I'm not willing to just buy it on a whim and hope for the best.Please do better on the availability because without it, I'm sure you're losing more sales besides ours.

This was the worst customer service experience ever! Speak once people enter the store offer help if we look lost. Don’t just point if we ask you for certain things help me find them. Speak to the person your cashing out and don’t make them wait while your looking out the window watching another cashier!! I could’ve went to five below to buy the same things but I wanted quality this time and was highly let down

Rude employees. About 5 people in line, 3 people behind the cash wrap and only one person checking the customers out. They could care less about the customers.

I was excited to have an Ulta location closer to my home so I wouldn’t have to drive to the Foxboro or Westwood location, but that changed after my few experiences there. The employees are rude and unprofessional. They don’t have a warm vibe and are too busy talking about work drama behind the counter. Will not return and happily drive further to a better location where the employee at the register will respond me me when I tell them “have a good day”, instead of being rushed out.

Had a salon appointment booked for a month and found out day of an hour before my appointment they never had a stylist. No warning or call to inform me. Extremely disappointed

I wish I could remember the workers name who helped me but maybe she’ll see this and remember!I struggle finding foundations that work with my dry skin, I had an event coming up and an hour before found myself overwhelmed in Ulta. Usually I would turn down help but I was desperate! The lady working with me was so kind and patient. We tried about five different brands before I settled on the Nars foundation. I love it to this day and it’s the most accurate color match I’ve ever gotten!
