This post office struggles to deliver packages truthfully. They label things as delivered even when it wasn't. Wish there was a way to give them negative stars.

The muppets working here will do their best to provide zero help with packaging or shipping.

I noticed a lot of the people leaving low reviews haven't actually gone to the office themselves and met with someone to get help first. The two times I have needed to do this, they were super friendly and helpful. It was refreshing! I highly recommend that anyone having an issue or concern to visit the office and meet with these kind and hardworking people!

They’ll leave a notice or even multiple in your mailbox about your delivery without even attempting to deliver it to you. They do not ring doorbells, knock or even send a notification of attempt to delivery. I just got a notice that they “attempted” to deliver me a package today, and I Have been home all day waiting. Nobody bothered to use the doorbells we have that also offer intercom benefits.

You have got to be kidding me... I just sat in 80 degree weather waiting for a package sitting in front if the address watching the tracking info... I refresh and said attempted delivery will try on next business day.. No sticker on door never even seen a usps truck been here all day i cannot believe the low quality of service conducted using my taxpayer money. Im less than impressed

I’ve never written a review of the local post office before, but this is well deserved. Stoughton Post Office, Gary and Steve our Carrier are THE BEST!!! We were in Florida for the winter and moved our northern home to Stoughton at the beginning of the pandemic. They were on top of every aspect of this confusing scenario involving three addresses, our mail forwarding issues, held our mail, etc and always efficient, thorough and service with a smile (even while masked). Thanks from a grateful resident.

Every time I have gone to this USPS, I have always had excellent service. Even now during the pandemic, they are working very efficiently while upholding regulations to keep people safe. I think I have had one postal worker who did not show outstanding customer service, but she wasn't rude. She still helped me a lot and I know working at the post office must take a lot of emotional labor. I think they're all doing a great job, and my packages always get where they need to go.

Postmaster must enforce laws on mailboxes attached to ATT telephone poles. Looks cheap in our town
