“Amazing!!! My 3 YO pup had bloody stool on a Saturday after being "off" all week
my primary vet couldn't see him and recommended we not wait until Monday.
They recommended Veterinary Urgent Care. The office wasnt weren't open yet but I was able to make a same day appointment online. Super easy. They took my fur baby as soon as we arrived and they spent over 90 minutes with him. They were patient and thorough and even though he was uncomfortable and not happy with parts of the exam, they were very caring and professional and so loving with him. He's better today because of Dr. Holmes treatment,thank God. If he ever needs urgent care again, I WILL DEFINITELY go there again. Highly recommended.”
“My partner and I brought our cat in for an ear infection visit yesterday after never having been in, and we will absolutely be returning as regulars. The entire team was so friendly and knowledgeable. Special shoutout to Michaela - they were so funny and made us feel immediately at ease. “I had to go to Holmes Family Vet today for help with my cockatiels eye discomfort. Dr. Holmes came in and handled him so well, was very knowledgeable! This was his first time having to go to a veterinary office and I could tell he was comfortable. Our technician was Morgan and she was also wonderful. She listened to all my questions and helped to explain what I need to do regarding care at home. I recommend this place to anyone!”

“Brought my very needy and guarded dog Duncan for a training consultation and they set very clear expectations, made Duncan feel safe and clearly have plenty of experience dealing with difficult-through no fault of their own-dogs of all ages. “Our sweet boy had an amazing experience here. I’m so glad we found Dedham Vet. We had a very traumatizing experience at our previous vet where they mishandled our boy (force holding him down and dragging him by the collar) not once but twice which resulted in him being completely fearful of going back in. It turns out we just needed the right team of compassionate people who truly care. Tiffany and Dr Bolduc took their time with us and everything went completely smooth. “Absolutely love the New England wildlife center they do such great work and every Halloween they have the thousand faces of pumpkins and it's so much fun to walk through the woods see all the setups and all the carved pumpkins and then afterwards be able to go inside and visit all the animals. It's a great great place that saves a lot of animals”

“Absolutely love Dr. McMillan and have been going to her since the 80s with my birds, greyhounds, cats and chihuahuas❣️ I love her homeopathic treatment for my furbabies. She is the reason I learned Reiki and got into holistic treatments for my pets and myself. She has seen me through thick and thin over the years. “My sister and I had to bring her dog in for an emergency visit during the Memorial Holiday. I can not even begin to tell you how different this place is from another Animal ER place on the south shore! From the minute we walked in the staff was unbelievable ! We had t go back a second time because our little friend pulled his wick out and once again, met with the same kindness and professionalism! The girls at the desk... expedient and knowledgeable, the Vet techs, compassionate and very, very good at what they do and the Vet herself, simply awesome!! My sister loved it so much here for her boy, she moved him over for NEAMC to be his life long care team. Great place, the BEST! Doesn't your family member deserve that? <3”

“This is a great Veterinary Practice, Dr. Paulauski is an experienced, kind and compassionate vet. Dr. P and her team are always very friendly, professional and informative. “My family has been going to BAH for years with my childhood dog and now that i have animals of my own i started bringing them there too. I wish i could leave 10 stars for them, every single person that works in the office is so patient, understanding and compassionate. This past year has been a rollercoaster with my cats unexpected health problems and there has been a handful of emergency visits/after hour calls. They not only prioritize my cats health, but they always make sure i am okay with everything that goes on as well. I am moving in a couple weeks to North Carolina and i will say, parting ways with BAH will be the most difficult part of the move.”

“My cat ripped off the side of my air conditioner and escaped. He got into a toxin and animal control found him on tge side of the road and brought him here. Animal control could not find a chip but this hospital scanned again to find it and let us know. They don’t do round the clock care so they referred me to Tufts in Walpole. I was able to bring my cat there. He would have died if it were not for this hospital. He is now back home and has made a full recovery. You saved my Donatellos life. I am forever grateful!”
