I went to this Walgreens sone weeks ago, and because of my experience at the pharmacy drive-thru, I'm changing my rating from "low" to a five star. They really have made improvements after a long "dry spell." Prompt, effective service. The employee was very helpful. They also do a good job answering phones. They've got my business.

I just want to say I never had a better experience than when I met Rose at Walgreens at 413 Washington st. Stoughton this is the first time i’ve ever wrote in a review on anything. After two days of Trying to switch my pharmacy from CVS to Walgreens. I dealt with it for two days with no resolution. Rose, resolved the problem within five minutes, which I had spent hours waiting on hold trying to talk to somebody. I personally went down there, and it still wasn’t resolved until I talked to Rose, although Rose a young woman, she thinks like people did in the old days of doing their job and I hope Walgreens realizes this, and commends her on the job she does. I know one thing she could work any company and rise to the top. Good luck Rose and keep doing what you’re doing. You got a great life ahead of you. Thank you again.

Was transferred to Walgreen's when Rite Aid closed years ago- not at all happy with the change. Trying to reach the pharmacy by phone is almost impossible, I have been on hold for almost 1hour 3X on the same day recently, and each time when my turn finally came there was a click and the line went to dial tone.

Pharmacists is great but it should not take almost an hour wait on the phone to get an answer to 1 question. Walgreens is seriously slacking with their staffing. Will have to consider switching pharmacies.****UPDATE**** just waited 57 minutes on hold and was hung up on/never spoke to anyone. Do better, we all have jobs and things we would rather be doing.

Staff at the pharmacy is so rude. My daughter’s tamiflu was out of stock. I called and asked the pharmacy if they can tell me which Walgreens nearby has it in stock and the woman who answered the phone told me I have to call around to nearby pharmacies looking for it. I then asked her if she can look that up for me and she literally told me she was backed up and too busy to do that. Incredibly rude customer service. I don’t understand why helping me find my daughters medication was not a valuable use of her time. I did end up having to call around and the staff at the canton location was much more polite and willing to help me find my daughter’s medication. Let’s also keep in mind that this is a medication that needs to be started as soon as possible after symptom onset. It’s not like I had a false sense of urgency. On a second instance I sat on hold for over an hour with no one answering. I called 15 mins before they close. (I didn’t know they close early on Saturdays.) I would bet anything by the time I gave up and hung up there were no calls ahead of me and they were just choosing not to answer because it was near their closing time. When I’m usually on hold with them it tells me how many callers are ahead of me and this time as I sat on hold for an hour and I never heard that recording. Just unbelievably bad service. Once the cvs across the street is done being renovated I will transfer my prescriptions there.

I take a opiate pill for a back surgery, now walking around with 2 Rods & 6 Screws in back. So this HAS HAPPEN 3 TIMES NOW. One of the pharmacists are on drugs this has happened before now she comes back to the phone and tells me oh I'm sorry we do have 32 of your pills here you can come and get them and then she calls me back 10 minutes later and she says no the pharmacist put all of the pills in there and they're f****** lying somebody's on drugs up there and I was up there and I called my doctor and I have to wait for her to call me back on Monday to find out what I should do because they're not going to get away with this. The pharmacist that filled my prescription it was Friday about 12:30 October the 1st Christina Davis who is the supervisor there she is in on the whole thing OK somebody in the pharmacy is on drugs now they trying to steal 38 of my pills can you believe that you don't expect that from Walgreens a big major pharmacy but you wait until I get to the bottom of this this is ridiculous like I said so now I will never leave the pharmacist without helpharmacist without counting them because they are Criminals they should give them all drug tests to death somebody smoking meth somebody's a f****** crackhead. Is the Christina Davis the pharmacy supervisor.???? So I called my doctor and of course it's after hours and I have to wait until Monday to find out what to doI but I'm calling a corporate a number now. They're not gonna shun me I do not abuse my pills I cannot believe that they stole them I know this is happening before

Almost every single time I go to the drive through pharmacy, no matter what time of day, or what day of the week, there's a long line of cars and it takes on average, 10 minutes per customer. So if I'm car number three in line, I'm guaranteed to be there half an hour. They allegedly have two pick-up lanes but the last time I decided to be cute and use Lane number two, somebody had stolen the delivery cylinder. Of course they didn't tell me this until there were an additional 2 card backed up in the first lane, and I wasn't about to get back in line at that point.

If I could give negative stars I would.Slowest drive thru line ever!! Rudest pharmacist too. Rolled her eyes and raised her voice at me when SHE got the name wrong when she was looking up my script. I Absolutely hate coming here.
