I take my BMW here because Jay and crew know these cars and do honest work at an honest price. I don't have to worry about them telling me it needs a bunch of work it really doesn't & they let me know when something needs to be addressed.

We love Hudson Road Automotive. They do a fantastic job. I really trust their advice and the work is just perfect. They do what is right for your car not what is most expensive. Much better than going to the Honda dealer. Better work and reasonable pricing. We work together to keep my car well maintained and make sure that we are being proactive. My car should last much longer with their help. Jay has been so helpful. I will never go anywhere else!

Tired of dealership repair prices? I was and decided to try HRA for several repairs to my Volvo. Jay and his crew did a great job and found a much less expensive solution for the problem with the car's back-up camera than what the dealership recommended. It ending up being about $900 less expensive and the camera works perfectly now. Service is prompt and friendly, and my car was ready as promised. I will certainly be back.

5 stars are not enough for Jay and his crew. 10 and fabulous should be an option! I will never take a car anywhere else....and I just bought a new car with service included. I'd rather bring it to Hudson Road and pay! I had a 2008 Lexus 400h (200,000) miles that I had Jay assess and repair to give to my daughter and her new husband. They needed an SUV and weren't ready to purchase a new one. Jay was thorough and explained all of the options in detail AND gave me a valuable education. I'm an engineer, so appreciated the details. When I picked the car up, I was thrilled; the kids were thrilled too! However, the great and honest service didn't stop there. When the kids took the car to Atlanta and encountered a violent rainstorm, there was a new (and totally unanticipated) issue. They took it to a Lexus dealership which tried to tell them it needed $9000+ in repairs and to just trade it in. Fortunately, they called me, and I got Jay on the phone. Jay found a related Lexus Bulletin, told me what questions to ask the dealership....and I quickly realized they were trying to take advantage of a young couple. They had done no diagnosis! The best part is, the dealership realized they were caught....followed by stuttering and backpedalling like crazy. Jay helped us find a trustworthy operation in Atlanta and we addressed the issue. Happy couple and Mum are back on track (as is the Lexus). Jay and his crew are special and unique in their industry and I will not trust my cars to anyone else.

I've used this mechanic for over four years and could've be happier. The owner, the cost, and reliability, it's all 10/10. Jay is the kindest person, and I don't trust anyone else with my car needs. Definitely recxomsnd!!

Everyone I talked to was pleasant and accommodating despite being short handed. Pricing was clearly communicated and reasonable and they did fine work. Will use them again in the future.

I used Hudson Auto for a Tire Rack install, they were quick and provided great service. On top of that the cost of the install plus an alignment was less than anyone else wanted for just the install.
