Frank, Bill and Gina made a difficult situation easy for my family and I. The technicians in the auto body shop did an amazing job on our Suburban. Any question we had along the way was answered. We had our car back quickly. I Highly Recommend Patterson Auto Body!

Patterson recently painted the front bumper and intercooler inlets on my 2008 911 Turbo. This job required a lot of skill and care, as the car is a non-standard color and required exact color matching, and the bumper had some structural damage that needed to be repaired. Frank and his team did an absolutely fantastic job!!! The color matches the body perfectly, I think even better than the factory rear bumpers did. I am extremely happy with the work performed and will return for Patterson for any future paint and body work I need done. I highly recommend them!!!

Had a fende- bender, and Patterson's was really easy to deal with, even between my indecision about whether to file with insurance or not. Car came back within 3 days, detailed and looks brand new. Thanks!

I really don't love to leave reviews that aren't glowing, but I'm not well pleased. The work looks good and it's guaranteed for the life of the car, however, their estimated week long repair after I was rear ended was bumped to 2 weeks, and the 2 weeks became 3 weeks, and the 3 weeks became 4 weeks, and finally after more than a month, I finally got my car back.
(This matters because my insurance covered rentals up to a month. My insurance advised me not to have contact with the other driver's insurance, but now I have the responsibility of going after the other company to get reimbursed for the extra rental days.)
I only received one update from the shop besides the 3 calls I made after estimated return dates passed. I was looking forward to the detailing (as a consolation prize) that my husband got after someone backed into him and all the other reviews praised, but my car came back messier than I left it with things strewn around the trunk and other items from the trunk dumped into the back floor well. So the experience of working with Patterson's was fine, I guess, but it wasn't the experience my husband or other reviewers received.

I rarely write reviews, but I can't say enough about the exceptional service at Patterson Auto Body. Our family of five (including two young drivers) has entrusted Frank with four of our vehicles, and every experience has been outstanding! His team's work is impeccable—detailed, precise, and truly top-notch. Not only is he reasonably priced, but he also keeps you informed every step of the way. Frank goes above and beyond by advocating for his customers with insurance companies to ensure they get what they deserve. One of the things that truly sets him apart is his attention to detail—no matter how small the repair, he returns the car spotless, inside and out. It’s a level of care you don’t always see. It’s refreshing to find a local, family-owned business that genuinely cares about its customers and consistently delivers excellence. I hope you never need autobody work, but if you do—whether it’s a small ding or a total loss—Frank is your guy!

Highly recommend Patterson Auto Body. Took my car there for a paint job on the hood and had a pleasant experience. It was easy to set up an appointment and price was reasonable. Paint job looks great! I was surprised when I picked up my car and found out that it was detailed including the interior. I was planning to do this after the paint job but they saved me the time and $$. Thank you Frank, Gina and team!

Patterson auto body did incredible work on my wife's expedition. It was mint before a fender bender that took out the door and running board. On the recommendation of a good friend, we went the over 30 miles away to Frank's shop. They helped with the rental and took care of all of the insurance paperwork. The truck came out perfect on a hard to match color too. I am one of those hard to please customers and wow did they exceed my sometimes unrealistic expectations. If you have any vehicle, but especially one that you desire to return to mint, I wouldn't consider any other shop. Thanks again!

Terrible service. Sexist workers. Refused to even look at my car. Allowed an older man to interrupt our conversation mid sentence to help him even though he had already walked out of the office. Told me he set a date he would be able to fix my car and took a copy of my registration and insisted all I needed was the adjuster quote when I had it few days later. The date he claimed he set was more than 5 weeks out. I continued to question what time I should arrive as I noticed he didn't write my name down. He told me around 9AM and to just call the woman in the office with the quote. Showed up with the information a week later and they claimed there was no record of me being scheduled. Then said the next possible date would be 2 weeks further out than the initial date I was told.

They used all factory parts. You will get your vehicle back in an amazing condition. Totally satisfied. If you need repairs and auto bodywork, Patterson is the right choice.
