The absolute worst grocery store in the area. It's a torturous experience to shop here. Like, the store is actively trying to create a negative experience. Things disappear without explanation and no one including employees can find them. No rhyme or reason to item location. Zero cell service so good luck trying to look something up and hope no one is trying to reach you in case of emergency. The employees are completely useless. Like, truly useless. None of them can ever help you find anything. Even the customer service desk can't find anything. And on the rare chance they claim they know where something is, good luck getting help actually locating the item. You will simply receive vague directions. They also refuse to bag your items 50% of the time and when they do they stack watermelons on top of bread and eggs. It's more enjoyable to starve to death than it is to shop for food here.

Wow, nice vibe for a market/grocery store. Employees are smooth, easy going, no stress here. Fruits and vegetables were beautifull. Nice displays.

Awful. I live nearby so really want this to be better, but after 2 years of going back it's only gotten worse somehow? The produce is terrible--literally every time I need to check to make sure I'm not picking up something with mold. I came here 4 days ago and their produce has not been turned around since. They're intermittently out of beyond and impossible and other random products, with no rhyme or reason--hit or miss. You won't get everything on your grocery list each time, guaranteed. Sunday midmorning rush they have 1 cash register open. Worst of all their front manager is a jerk, complaining about her employees and fellow managers in front of customers. Always glaring at people and never saying a word, unless some unpleasant remark. No wonder Market Basket down the road is popping off at all hours. I have wanted to support my local town but I'm done here, and encourage others to be too.
