Alternatives For Health is a true apothecary and a beautiful shop. It offers a great experience with a nice variety and extensive selection of medicinal herb tea, herbs, plant medicine, gummy's, and other spiritual items. The hosts are both very knowledgeable and helpful, reliably sourcing their products and offering classes. Some items can be a bit pricey, but it is a small local business. Customers recommend this place to everyone.
Lovely little spot for all my herb needs, I took some classes here when I was young and am always happy to stop in. The owner back then was an absolute gem of a lady, and everyone I’ve been helped by there is kind as can be. (Great teas as well)

I love this place! I travel from Providence, because they have everything a clinical herbalist needs.
