“Had an issue with my lower rear bumper cover and had to have it be replaced or repaired with their autobody shop. I can't get over how well of a job they did on it for me,never mind the low price. They were alot lower than I had thought they would be on the price. Gave me a price and they stuck with it. I actually feel a little guilty not paying them more. Dont hear that very often.U can't even tell where the repair was done. What an awesome job! I've been going to country auto for years and I've always been treated very well. And I give them 5 stars too for helping my 87 yr young father out with his SUV down there too. I thank all of you at country auto for such great work in the body shop and the mechanics shop”

“I would give them 10 star review if I could. I brought my car there to get the bumper and headlight fixed after my car was hit. I got my car back and not only did they fix my bumper and headlight but they replaced the other headlight, repainted most of my car and even buffed out cover ups the previous owner had covered with nail polish. To my surprise it was completely cleaned out and vacuum also. I was beyond happy with their work. If I ever have to get auto body work done again, (hopefully I won’t have to) I will definitely be bringing it back there.”

“I own all the truck I've so I'm always buying parts they're very efficient very I think only one time did they have to order one and it was the the part was the other very next day they work with the customer they're very efficient quick and they have great knowledge of where the pots are and I never had a problem trying to find a pack for my old truck”

“It's an auto parts place and they have pretty good inventory of everything needed. Back in the pre-internet days I used to stop in more but now I order things online and pick them up and that is one facet of their service not offered. Other than that, they stock everything all of the other auto parts stores offer. At similar prices.”

“Edits: A couple days later I did hear from the store manager telling me to come in. Auto care manager took my information for a claim and with in a week or two Walmart corporate contacted me about replacing the damaged rim.
I brought in a loose single for a new tire and the person who changed my tire damaged the rim with the tire changing machine, yes those edges are sharp I cut myself quite badly picking it up in the store. I called the manager to leave a complaint and was told the auto center manager was out and that I would be called back by a team leader in 10-15 minutes. Well, it's the next day and still nothing. I am incredibly displeased to put it mildly.”
