I just realized, silly me that if your bank account is not connected to the app and use your cc on the app you don’t get the $.10 discount with the new program.
Very if disappointed. And the discount is usually the other gas stations selling price.
Just so you know. ✌🏻

If you show up on your way to work(any time before 7) don't expect hot sandwiches, hashbrowns, empanadas, or iced coffee to be made. For months now I've gone in there I'm lucky if a hot sandwich is ready, I've gone in and iced coffee would be empty, the expresso shots not refilled, no lids for cups. There used to be people that would have hot food ready by five and make more as the food was purchased and never had issues in past five years....Staff now slow, some look like they rolled out of bed, don't do their job. 2-3 employees in the store and no hot food is a disgrace
Today will be the last time I go there. It was cheaper than dunkin so I would go. Not anymore. Can't wait for new fuel coffee shop to open and hope they pull more business away since management doesn't seem to care.

The staff were very friendly and professional when my wife & I were passing through town. We were recommended to try a delicious ice cream place nearby in the area. The gas price was great, compared to what we anticipated in the area. We will be back again, whenever just casually driving through or traveling for work in Sturbridge.

Worst Cumberland Farms ever!! All the staff is so rude. They do not deserve bonus this month!!!!And if your going to raise the price of coffee ADVERTISE!!!Go elsewhere!!

As an cargo van load driver, I went to the bathroom here because my stomach was upset! The lady worker here with black house shoes and Cumberland hat kept coming in the bathroom and leaving out as if it was a problem. There was another bathroom stall available so of course, it wasn’t to use the bathroom. Being racially profile is crazy, specially if you just using the bathroom as normal people do! Literally went to straight to the bathroom, what could possibly happen in the bathroom! It’s sad you can’t even use the restroom in peace, this is the society we live in though!

Front view of Cumberland farms On a long trip we needed to stop for drinks and bathroom breaks, the women's bathroom was one of the cleanest I've seen in New England.

Great Cumbies, Staff is typically super nice and give excellent customer service. However the new girl working today in the blue sweater was intensely rude to an older gentleman who walked in. She seriously needs to work on her tone. Me and another young person were waiting in line. She asked to help whoever was next and the older gentleman that had just walked in went up to her. She snapped at him saying there was other people in line. I told him "it's okay go ahead!" She then snapped at me saying " theres someone behind you" (The person behind me wasn't paying any attention with their headphones in) The employee then continued to yell "I can help who's next" 3 or more times until finally the person with the headphones started paying attention and went to her. Completely unnecessary. I am a manager in the service industry and if she was employed at my place of business I would be utterly disappointed. Emily thank you for being nice and giving excellent customer service! I'm sorry you have to work with such a b****
