This store and it's pharmacy employees.... Whoa.
I don't think there are words to describe the idiocy. The techs are ehh.
But the pharmacists. Calling them stupid is really putting it very kindly.
Wow.

Edit: 1 star. If 0 was a choice id give them 0. I have been getting my meds consistently for years now and they decided they want to add in unnecessarily draconian wait times for medicine that's needed daily to function.
This pharmacy sucks the staff is incompetent and useless. David must not be there any more. Only person that seemed to have a brain AND a heart.
Over the last couple of years I had some rough experiences with the pharmacy.
Something changed some months back, and I think it's some new staff. I am enjoying this pharmacy and appreciate the current team. Thanks cvs.

The cashier was exceptional. Took time to give me extra attention and was very patient.

Open pretty late and always has whatever you need to grab on a whim. They develop film but do it with an off site lab so they don't return negatives. They take passport photos. And getting a vaccine here is a bit of a process.

I recently transferred my scripts and business from Walgreens, to Sturbridge CVS. I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Top notch, professional, and friendly...

The vaccine nurse here was so kind and sweet. My husband was dizzy after the shot and she was very kind and checked with us until he felt better. Her name is Audrea i believe. Such a great person.

CVS has shown lack of concern about medical patients. HOW???
Not long ago, CVS decided to cut cost by no longer answering the phone in the pharmacy.
instead, a robot answers the phone. with a limited menu of options, it has become difficult, if not impossible to resolve issues that arise. For example, your doctor submits a Rx for medication you take on a regular basis. When you call to find out the status you may be told that it is on hold for a variety of reasons. However, you have no way to find out when the hold expires.
I was told this today, despite the fact that the medication was due to be filled. I had to travel to CVS, speak with 3 staff, 2 of which had no idea what the hold was and when it ended. Finally, the 3rd person actually listened to what I was saying, and only after grabbing his phone and using the calculator responded 'yes, it should be filled'. Three hours later I returned and picked up the Rx.
Now imagine - the patient is unable to deal with the run-around. There is no way to get a ride to pharmacy. The possibilities are endless.
CVS is drowning in wealth. Recently they purchased Aetna, one of the largest, oldest Insurance Co. Now they are a direct medicare Part D insurer.
But they no longer can afford one staff member to answer the phone....
only thing i feel good about, is the medication that i take on a regular basis has been in stock when my Rx comes in. Can't say the same for one of there direct competitors. Prepare to be dis-enchanted

Always a problem with this store. Phone system is horrible and now it’s impossible to get a person on the phone; have to leave a message and wait for a call. Always a delay in getting scripts filled and most of the staff give customer service a bad name.

Pharmacy closes from 1-2, not noted on app as far as I could see. Windows didn’t open until 2:08 pm?

CVS why is your staff so rude!! They talk over you, cut you off and today David thought he could just be sarcastic to me while I was trying to question my sons adhd med. Apparently gov is only allowing pharmacies a limited amount of certain meds so I have to run around and find it myself as they don’t give an update to say it’s in stock or it’ll need a week etc.

Worked with the pharmacist on a bridge prescription after I lost a bottle from Express Scripts. The pharmacist was super helpful and they were able to fill my 10 pill prescription same day. Excellent customer service!

Slowest CVS I have ever dealt with. Shouldn't take over 20 minutes in the drive thru line with only 1 car in front of you .

Absolutely Ridiculous Drive Up Window Time Wait. Every Time it is 15 , 20 ,30 minutes it’s like they put the slowest employee on the window.

Compared to other cvs pharmacies, the techs are inefficient and not pleasant. They seem to be out of medications all of the time. I have never had this issue in Palmer or Charlton. I try to avoid this branch.

What's the point of having an appointment if you have to wait for all the walk-ins.
