234$ for a night in a room completely infested with bedbugs. Sheets covered in blood stains and huge bugs that have been clearly feeding for a while.
The employee was very apologetic and we got reimbursed with no hassle but this is entirely unnacceptable.

Spare yourself some time and don’t stay here. We came down to visit family, and were hoping for a nice spot to stay but we were quickly disappointed. There is absolutely no parking available, the rooms are dirty (stained linens and pillows, stinks, dirty toilet seats, broken appliances.) Huge lack of common amenities- no phone, no side tables, no toiletries and one singular hand towel, no trash bags, practically nothing available to us. The workers also came and banged on our door late at night to harass us over absolutely nothing. Not worth the stay or rudeness.

My family stayed here when in town for a baby shower. Essentially my aunt booked the cheapest hotel she could find and we booked it to be close to her. You get what you pay for. The room was decent but looked like they kind of renovated over the old vs. actually doing it well. For example, the paint looked new but it looked like it had been slapped over the old paint. The flooring looked new but there were gaps between the edges of the floor and the baseboards and the flooring underneath looked deteriorated. We were in room 118 and there was definitely mold and mildew so if you are sensitive, I wouldn't recommend. A lot of the amenities that you get in most hotels- tissues, bedside lamps, a phone, hdmi jacks, a closet were not present. The shower looked futuristic but didn't work very well. The parking lot was narrow with narrow entrances and I did worry about my car being hit. Essentially if you are looking for a cheap place to stay and are not environmentally sensitive, this hotel would work for you. If you want something more relaxing with more of the usual hotel amenities, I would look elsewhere.

Came here for a quiet getaway with my husband. I booked our room through priceline and paid an extra fee to have my dog. The room was falsley advertised as having free breakfast which there was not, the office claimed they're trying to get that information removed. Our TV also had no cable access so we had no TV during our stay and when I asked for a discount due to both inconviences the office said they cannot do that. The rooms were nice despite hearing the cars going by throughout the night, but when you come to a hotel you just expect to get whats promised that you pay for!

Experienced a water leak directly over our commode through the bathroom ceiling light fixture. Placed towel on the tile to prevent slipping, called and informed front desk. No one came, no one called back with information, and the leak continued all night.
My husband has called the hotel twice, and no one has responded with an acknowledgment.

In all honestly this place is a dump that overcharged clients and if you choose to avoid the Hamilton you would be much happier with a stay at a more fresh clean and accommodating hotel/motel without the low end experience that makes you feel like you book a dodgy room wanting to leave the moment you check in with zero accommodations no vending or ice available unfortunately regrettable

The only good thing about the room was the bathroom! The service was horrible and they don’t have breakfast in the morning which is false advertisement! No house keeping and to top it off there’s no phone in the room! The manager who runs the complex is very rude and not friendly at all, and the owner is also rude and very disrespectful!
The sheets and comforter don’t get washed like it needs too but over all the service is horrible!!! Never again will I ever book with Hamilton INN again!!!

Very nice stay. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The owners are very friendly and make sure you have all what you need. Bedflowers at the entrance. Will stay again.

Hotel staff were pleasant, check-in & out seamless. Appreciated being able to tip via electronic format due to not carrying cash. Very clean room, amazing shower experience. Bedding and pillows were comfortable like being in my own bed.
Usually we stay at another hotel near by, now I'm convinced we will only be staying here when we visit in the future.
