?????Julie is amazing! I’ve been working out with her virtually for about a year now. Every workout is comprehensive and so worth your time. From the start of the warm up to the end of cool down, Julie has your best interest in mind. She changes it up each day, brings a positive energy, and I actually look forward to my workouts (most days);) I highly recommend Julie for all of your fitness needs!

5 ⭐️- Julie is a fitness trainer like no other, she is awesome, and full of energy, she’s contagious! She performs each workout with precision in form and she is excellent in verbal instruction and that is why she is such an effective instructor. She always go the extra mile, she customizes her workouts every day, and she always come to class well prepared, that’s why her workouts are never boring and always FUN! Julie is fun and her workouts are fun! I really enjoy working out with Julie at the gym or even on her virtual workouts. I been going to Julie’s gym for about a year now and I can see some improvements in my body, my posture, my legs, arms and butt are toned. But most of all I feel good inside, with a positive body and mind. Thank you so much Julie for showing me how!

Julie is such a great instructor ! She takes the time to check everyone's form while keeping the classes going and upbeat and always changing. Julie really listens to her clients and gives valuable advice and feedback. The workouts are challenging but not scary for those of us starting back out again or just starting out. Barre classes have added such a fun and different twists to an already diverse schedule. Thanks Julie Gabby and Julie for creating such a great place for all of us �
