Michael's, Sturbridge, MA, custom frame shop is outstanding! I am over-the-moon delighted with the results of 2 items I recently had framed. Neither was a straight-forward photo or painting. One was an actual product I had created and patented. The other was the actual patent and accompanying letter from my patent attorney. Catherine (Cat) was fabulous to work with, and the framer (I think her name was Deborah) did a phenomenal job. My expectations were definitely exceeded when I saw the finished products!

It's an arts and crafts store thats best visited in person... attempting to have some shop there for you, not recommended unless they're just picking up an order from the store.

the worst, will not shop there again, last three times were bad experience and each time i said to myself, I'll give it another chance, Im done. since they added self checkouts, there is only ONE person working at the counter, line was long and no help, yes we like to use cash, last time there was there were only two people behind me but it took cashier 12 min to take care of customer before me. another cashier clerk showed up only to show one person how to use self checkout and walked away. then minutes later showed up again to tell me that she can't use another regular check out because its 2 min off 7 and she has to close at 7. since the person in front of me had three kids and each bought different items, it took for ever to charge them. this huge store I bet makes tons of $$ yet can't hire enough humans, btw it costs $30K to install self checkout, they have three or four (rarely anybody uses them) I will never shop there again

I had a terrible time. I went in with a project on my phone that I wanted to purchase. I looked everywhere for the items. Looked for a clerk to get assistance. There was no one available. They were "shopping " for the online orders. I left the store with nothing and was very disappointed for wasting time.

I usually have good interactions with the staff here. The cashiers are kind and helpful. But the managers here are TERRIBLE. Walking around shopping, and the only thing i heard during the visit was two managers gossiping complaining about customers and co workers in the framing department. They were both miserable and nasty. I cant imagine what they put their staff through. Get it together ladies
