“We are visiting the area for the weekend and learned our dog could play Houdini out of her harness. I searched the area for a pet store looking to purchase a different style. When I entered I was greeted by a very kind lady and was asked how the could help us today. I explained my situation and they graciously showed me how to hook her regular collar to her harness and doing that my dog wouldn’t be able to back out of her harness. They very easily could have sold me what I was looking for and sent me on my way but they chose to teach me a way to resolve my problem and lost a sale. I made sure to make a purchase and highly recommend this local pet store in the Sturbridge area! Lyla and her friends loved their ice cream cone treats!”
