3 ladies were standing their texting doin nothing 10.05 am 8/5/25 I waited few min for pilot hot food , no body was in line , shame on u pilot , we spend thousand and thousand on fuel , ⛽️ this wat we get ? Lady with tattoos on her face neck , was standing and texting, shame on u pilot , I will never stop here again

I would just give 3 start Cuz I had bought a good Pizza here and The store seems clean but they allow trucks to park on the Entryway both sides which make it hard and careful for other trucks to enter and all parking spots are reserved.

Bad service when you go to pay, You order food from the heated tray under heat lamps and the old women look at you and roll thier eyes at you like it's a hard task to walk over and put dry chicken strips and dry buiscuits in a foam carry out container aslso a dry small chicken strip is $3 each !!! Then she waddles back out of breath from smoking all those cigs and gets up set when she has to scan the pilot rewards card. All Showers has been out of service for weeks so i've been told when i asked around and restroom smells like a backed up septic tank then the truck parking is so limited. I paid $20 on a simple carry out plate that would of been $6 any where else if i could i'll give this Pilot truck stop a Zero Star !!!

They accept shower reservation by app but showers are unavailable . Free parking lots are always full, bc they made a lot of reserved parking

Went to use my corporate fuel card it wouldn't work..manager says they dont take corporate...you don't want my money or business fine ill go somewhere else.

Manager will talk down to you if you have a problem and tell you that it isn't his problem. Will actively argue with you when you arnt with him.

Fuel lines always crowded. 5 Fuel lines out of 8 are always not working. They need to increase the size of their place.

Lets say they did a good job here in past few years. Problem is, there are just a few pilots in northeast . And rest areas are small. Why not build more pilots here, and lower prime parking to 20$.

Prices at this pilot went up in the items have shrunken an average of $2 to $5 on some items why are shrinking the items why is Pilot Travel Center overcharging truck drivers just to get something to eat we need to really start considering boycotting these overpriced shrunken items love seems to be the most reasonable truck stop out of the three major ones at least on the average they got clean shower and more variety on food that's not outrageously overpriced like pilot and Flying J

The place it self of nice specially for truckers and people needing to stop take a shower wash clothes enough parking pumps. The only right I have about this place. I was camping around the corner. They charged me $20 a bundle for seven pieces of wood. I bought four not realizing $80 later.
