Diesel pumps here are always slow as hell. It took 10 minutes to fill 20 gallons and then it failed to automatically stop and overflowed all over the side of my truck and the ground.

Terrible gas station. The card machines at the pump rarely work. They lock your card in. Very rude staff when we tried to explain what happened. The staff don't care.

I stopped here for gas before getting on the Mass Pike because it was a bit cheaper than Connecticut. While it was just off Rte 84, getting back in was not as easy and the cartways are narrow. To get back on, the exit way shares with the hotel behind it and you have to cross two lanes in the wrong direction traveling at a high rate of speed with no traffic light. It took a few minutes just to exit and get back ion the road.

Selected 87 gas, but pump stopped twice before tank full, and was charged v-power. The two guys and assistant manager said "you pressed wrong button by mistake". "you pay what you get". "you may need to go to 3rd party to check the gas in your tank".Hi shell, you just feedback to owner, But How about the overcharged money (because I'm so sure i pressed 87 and initially i got 87 gas, but most likely not after the first stop!) and possible damage to customer's car because of wrong(or maybe mixed) gas?

Don’t live out here but I travel a lot for work and had to pee and get gas, as one usually does all at once on travels. There’s a sign that says no public restrooms, which I haven’t seen unless I’m in a bad neighborhood. It’s really baffling to me that someone would have to go across the street to use a bathroom instead of them complying with state laws. I’d contact the FTC to submit a complaint, so I just went to Cumberland down the street where gas was cheaper and store was nicer and they had bathrooms. Travelers save yourself the trip!

I was there getting gas today and one of my passengers had to go to the bathroom really bad I couldn't believe it when she came back to the car and told me she was going to the cracker barrel because there is a big sign inside saying no public bathrooms. I could swear that there's a law in Massachusetts that says if you get so much traffic you have to provide a bathroom I could be wrong but anyways don't stop there if you have to pee.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Most expensive gas ever, surly clerks, and no air for your tires after you’ve spent $60 to fill your tank. Avoid.

Employees not aware of how to handle new mask implements by business. discriminating against people with medical conditions telling them to leave. Also not practicing proper social distancing and giving a police officer a pat on the shoulder while asking customer to leave even though they stated they have a medical condition.
