Excellent store. I’ve used this SW location for the past 6 months of nearly constant home remodeling and other DIY work. Mike is a stellar manager whose knowledge and investment in his craft really show. He is always great to work with. Shout out to assistant manager Dylan as well, for similar reasons, including staying a bit late at least once to get a color match just right. My experience with this SW has made me a loyal customer.

The guy that works here (maybe Mike) is really nice. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and above all, very very personable. When I first started coming here in 2020, there was a lady manager there and she was training a young guy. Horrible. She was so overbearing, demeaning, and bossy that I felt bad for him (I may even told him he should quit). I haven't seen her in awhile and I'm glad.

I have delt with Sherwin Williams stores in Florida, but I have to say that the Sturbridge store is so much better. Mike was the associate that helped me. He was the best associate that I have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable, helped with what finish would be right for my door, very friendly. He is an asset to your store. I highly recommend this store.

This store has the best employee's working for them! They are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to work with you to achieve what you need. Their paint store has a huge selection of colors, and painting accessories.
