My computer was hacked last week. I wss concerned our bank accts would be next. So the safest thing i could do was to freeze all our accts. This meant we would have to open all new accts… we spent over 2 hrs at the bank. we were there past closing on saturday. i want to give Mr T. Sutherland a huge thank you for helping us out . He was patient with us , clear in his explanations and accurate in all he did.. Big Kudos to Mr Sutherland

A bad attitude, manager is a bad person they never trying to help other people if the people talk in Spanish ???? all the time They are disgusting as a bank, the manager is a scourge and they look down on Hispanics

I been banking here awhile. The lady with glasses and short brown hair rude. The manager Steve even more rude.. The customer is always right. People think because they deal with your money they can treat you however they feel. Condescending arrogant and belittled. Thats how I was treated bye both. I'll never bank with Td again after this day. The branch held the funds for over a week. Told me it was bank of America's fault. They lie to your face and are rude to boot. Never again .

today I was at TD Bank and witnessed this very rude man demanding that the employees do some thing that was against TD policy. The employees were professional friendly trying to redirect him in a very polite way and the man was totally obnoxious and rude in front of all of us. He actually threatened them and it was very embarrassing for all of us to watch the employees be abused by this extremely rude customer. The team at TD was professional friendly nice even in the company of this horrible adversary. I have been a TV customer since before the year 2000 and this team was as professional and kind as they coulxd be

I have been with this Bank for awhile . They are very friendly and professional . I am a 71 year old retired female when i get confused about things or loose my card TD Bank they are always there to help me.

Online banking keeps going down, I've been given 3 different answers by the same branch as to when a JP Morgan cashiers check will be held for, and they didn't even give me 100 of the deposit immediately like their website says. It takes two seconds to look on that stupid check, call the number on it, and verify funds. I've watched these people take EVERY opportunity to keep my money from me. So when it clears, I'm going to close the account and take the deposit I have sitting here in front of me to another bank. Because if they do this with $3500 i dont even want to know what they're going to do with $7000.
