I have had two pedicures at Top Nail Spa. The first was a walk in appointment where I waited about 20 minutes, got a lukewarm soak with some cuticle cleaning, short massage, and gel polish. I liked the polish but didn’t get the relaxed and fresh feeling I expect after a pedicure.
The second appointment I had today, a couple weeks later. I wanted to give this place a second chance and thought maybe a higher level service would be better. I called in the morning and made an appointment for a deluxe pedicure for 3pm. My service was started at 3:10. The water wasn’t very warm (not that I was asked at all if it was a good temperature) and there was no honey soak like advertised for a deluxe pedicure.
Again, the cuticle clean up was lack luster, I watched and she barely touched my smaller 3 toes. I got my left foot massaged with a scrub for about a minute, then my service was interrupted to help another customer she had just finished that had an issue with one of her nails. I had my right leg massaged with the scrub for a minute. I got another probably 3 minutes of massage with lotion. At least I got a hot towel, which was nice until it got put on a cut I have on my knee and I had to move it right away. I knew paint was coming so I spoke up and asked her to trim my toes shorter. She cut a small bit off both big toes and one of my second toes, which she asked if it was better and it was. The polish looks okay. She didn’t get very close to my edge and she had trouble with the sparkle I chose and changed it to a different silver without telling me, just asked if it was okay, which at this point I just went with it even though it’s not really what I was looking for and it’s kind of see-through which I didn’t want it to be.
I just can’t say this was a great service. I have “athletic feet”, and have had my callouses cleaned better and more attention to detail with the service overall, cuticle work, and at several other places.
I tried to give them a chance to redeem themselves, and everyone was nice enough, but I won’t be returning due to the lack of overall attention to detail. $50 for regular pedicure with gel polish isn’t a bad price but I’d rather pay for a better service if I’m going to pay at all.
Edited to 1 star because 3 days after the pedicure, polish chipped off 3 of my nails- and it was gel! Terrible.

I visited this salon today. Although the salon was clean, the 2 employees were nice, my nails are terrible. I was looking for a salon closer to my home and thought I would try. Well needless to say I will be going back to JNJ nails in Auburn. Slightly more expensive, however my nails were not thick. During this visit my nails are not shaped as I requested, after repeated attempts to correct. I just gave up. I even brought up a picture on my phone to show, not once, twice but , three times. Not to mention, very rushed. In fact I asked if she was late for another appointment? My thumb nails are so stuck to my skin I am concerned it won’t grow out correctly and as I tried to separate them, I am now bleeding. Terrible manicure. Tech left my cuticles a mess.
For those of you that receive great service and are satisfied, I’m happy for you. I will not be back.

They did a terrible job and completely ruined my nails. They have no clue how to take acrylics off and if you would like healthy nails I don’t recommend coming here.

This place is awful. They overcharged me for servises i didnt even get. Also washed my sistsrs feet with dishsoap?? My nails r totally crooked and they dont have ANY hand/foot dryers so they make you get gel. Awful experience. Never coming back.

Great nail salon! I got a dip manicure with gel and it stayed on for three weeks with no chipping. The service was great and the employees are very nice. Tracy was the one who did my nails and it came out exactly how I wanted. The salon is also very clean and well organized.Services: Pedicure

Truly awful experience. The place looked dirty and unsanitary. The woman who did my nails seemed annoyed/grumpy, she rushed, made me bleed twice without apologizing, pulled on my hand when it wasn’t in the exact position she wanted, and was rough with the file so much that at one point I instinctively yelled and pulled back my hand - still no apology. I don’t understand how this place does business with such lack of cleanliness and such poor customer service. My sister had a very similar experience.

A friend of mine wanted an Appointment at 2:00. Woman who answered phone said we needed to be there by 1:30. We arrived by 1:30. We were not started on until after 2:00. The pedicure was done in gel. My toes look good but unfortunately after 45 years of pedicures, not only did the woman clip my cuticle on left foot but then again on my right foot. Left foot is fine now but I still hurt on right foot; putting on a shoe was very painful. Nice location nice size of shop. I was surprised only 2 women working. This place is by appointment only. Very nice women but very painful foot upon leaving services.Services: Pedicure
