I would like to give zero stars to this particular post office, mainly for the front desk clerk (didn’t get her name, but she is Asian) who was condescending about which box I put my express mail package in, and grumbled when she needed to use express mail tape and then tape my label to my package. She could use some serious customer service training, because even when I said I never knew that my express package needed a certain box, she insisted that the person who I was mailing the package for should have known (I was just dropping off this box for my S.O.). I said I never had any issues with my label getting taped onto the package by the clerk, but she said “it’s how they train, to not tape labels for customers”. I’ll just use UPS 🤷🏻♀️

This Post Office Post master needs to step up and do something about the lady from Asia working there ( I don't have her name)... It's obvious that she doesn't want to work. She is awful and probably needs a mental check. I am not sure that all is well with her; though I wish her to seek help, as a customer, my experience had always been nothing but poor anytime she assists me.
She definitely needs to quit and take care of her mental health. She is not alright at all.
Notwithstanding, the post master is professional and always tries his best to help.

Very nice woman working here that helped me out a lot, I didn’t get her name but she was very polite, understanding, got me the info and things I needed for my transaction!

Stopped after work to drop off a return, and needed to seal the package and tape the return label to the envelope. I was told to purchase tape and they would not provide any to send out with assistance. Any other postal office or 3rd party shipping service would extend assistance any time and provide better customer service than what experienced during mid week

ive never had such terrible delivery service in my life. I constantly get amazon packages during the week, and am constantly getting missed packages. Packages are left out in the rain. I had bought a $500 dollar computer monitor they left out in the rain, returned it because it was broken due to the rain, the company exchanged it for a new one, and the post office AGAIN left the new one out in the rain, and AGAIN i had to exhange it. Thank god the third one came on a sunny day. We are constantly getting our neighbors mail. We get packages from people across town. Right now I am waiting for a package that should of came yesterday and now I may not have it for christmas, becuase its suddenly delayed for no reason.

Went in to register my new house, which didn't have a number in the system yet and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, even told me the name of who does my route so I know who is dropping my mail!

They need to hire more employees. I went in there one time and line with two people ahead of me took 20 minutes for one person to just get through at that point me and the girl ahead of me we're just getting restless waiting while somebody sat in the back doing whatever they could have came and took over the other register they need to get their business in better shape at least for customer service sake not like it's a holiday season
