The pharmacy quickly answered the phone today and took care of some administration on a prescription. Excellent customer service.

I agree with what most people have said about the pharmacy. They are the worst and so unhelpful. If they can't fill a prescription they don't tell you. If they are out of a medication they won't even offer to call another store. I have never had a good or even decent experience with their pharmacy. I'll be leaving the area soon and hopefully will have other options to CVS.

Absolute ZERO of a staff in the pharmacy. Ignore customers, rude and condescending and unhelpful. Go anywhere else, except another CVS,... anywhere!

Pharmacy is dangerously understaffed. Nothing like going to an urgent appointment for having this pharmacy sit on the prescription so you have to take a trip to the ER to get access to the medication.

My doctor sent in a prescription that needed to be taken before I was scheduled for a particular treatment at the hospital. That was done on the Thursday before my treatment was scheduled for the upcoming Thursday. The medication needed to be taken a day prior, so I needed it by Weds. CVS received the script that Thursday, and did absolutely Nothing !! Since I did not hear from CVS regarding this prescription, I followed up with my Doctor, who sent in a second request to CVS, Sudbury, MA to have this filled. That was received on Monday, and once again NOTHING WAS DONE ! On Monday afternoon, I went to the store and met with Roma, the pharmacist who then informed me that this is a "specialty" drug and could not be filled at that location. So Roma...... exactly when did you plan of advising me that this important medication was not able to be filled at the CVS Sudbury ?? The aggravation only gets exasperated with Roma's complete, non empathic attitude. She was also not very helpful in advising me what needed to be done in order for this prescription to be filled. Very frustrating. CVS completely ignored my doctors request twice, to fill an important drug that I needed prior to my treatment. It was in their system, but they chose to not inform me or anyone else that it could not be completed at the Sudbury location. I find this situation to be totally unprofessional, unethical and completely irresponsible. Needless to say CVS will not be my pharmacy any longer.

CVS is the worst pharmacy in the US. No one ever picks up the phone. It is always a hassle. I don't get my prescriptions filled there, I go to Costco, which is a million times better. They answer the phone and always have prescriptions ready. I just went in for a COVID booster appointment at this CVS and I was told they were back ordered. They said they sent me a text this morning which I never received instead I got a message to remind me of my appointment. This is the worst customer service retail store ever. Poorly run and managed and no one cares.

Never and I do mean never use the photo service at this CVS. I waited over 4 months for my photos (recently widowed these photos were inestimable precious to me) only to be told they hadn't come in yet. Then I was told they had come in, but no one had opened the fed ex envelope and they were there.for me to pick up. When I went to get them, again no one could find them I called again today and I was told 'they had been recycled. ' in other words, they had thrown my photos away. This after innumerable trips to the store and countless phone calls. They claimed they had called me which was a lie as they had not, not in February, not in March and not in April. I have never been treated more shabbily in my life. i am also heartbroken as these photos were irreplaceable.

Nobody in pharmacy EVER answers the phone in any location. Wildly frustrating. I'm not calling about pizza or golf - IT IS HEALTH AND MEDICINE. Anyone want a secret trick to make them answer ? When it asked why your calling hit the button for "prescribers and doctors". They always answer. :-)

I would give this one no stars if I could. Worse pharmacy ever, over worked, under staffed. Can't get a hold of a pharmacist after they screwed up one of my refills. I'm taking my business to the local pharmacy next door.

Staff are friendly. Yet, they seem to be all over the place. Unorganized. It takes awhile for them to answer the phone. Sometimes I give up and drive to the store to stand in line for 15 minutes for them to tell me my prescription isn't ready. They definitely need more staff.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy service. Trying to reach a pharmacist on the phone is basically impossible, which couldn't be more aggravating when trying to call from a physician's/dental office for a patient.

The reviews are totally spot on right this pharmacy doesn't have its sh together. I spent45 minutes on the phone waiting with that annoying hold music 3 times to try and get in touch with someone at the pharmacy!! Then the audacity when I went to pick up my prescriptions the pharmacist was rude to me! I just couldn't handle the abaolute unprofessionalism of this pharmacy. I switched to Sudbury Pharmacy and I am very glad with my choice because they offer contactless curbside pickup unlike CVS where I have to open my window to talk to them and grab my prescription CvS Sudbury doesn't deserve the hundreds of dollars I spend on prescriptions every month and it will go to the deserving business that actually has good customer service and no phone wait times! Thanks Sudbury Pharmacy for having all raving 5 star reviews so I can be confident I get my prescriptions filled on time with no hassle or rudeness! Goodbye CVS sudbury have fun not getting the thousands per year i would have been spending at your pharmacy. Bye!! Hah

This is the worst pharmacy in Sudbury- go fill your prescriptions elsewhere. Nearly every time I get a text message saying my prescription is ready, I then go to pick it up and they say its not ready. I then have to wait 30+ minutes for a prescription that should've already been filled. I've had doctors send over scripts, and then two days later I'll go to pick it up and it still hasn't been filled. Most of the time I go there the pharmacists and techs behind the counter are goofing off and laughing. The people behind the counter are also rude, they don't care if you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time just for a cream to be put in to a bag and are inconvenienced. The last time I was there I asked "why do I keep getting text messages saying my prescription is ready when they aren't?" and the woman literally just rolled her eyes and walked away from the counter. Literally go ANYWHERE but here.
