You have the worst customer service in the world. You cannot pick up the phone and speak to a human being. It's terrible, you are going to go broke. Just fine for bankruptcy.

Rude unhelpful and arrogant staff often making you wait in several lines stating oh this computer doesnt do that go wait in the other long line. We never get the rewards receipt that they print for our number as a found working reward or coupon they get printed to work with my phone number but never worked when ypu try to use them always told this must be some other phone number don't you know your numbers you use at pharmacy. It is like they are giving out someone elses rewards to us with a number we dony know. We worked on it with corporate and still no one knows why it is never working because pur number is right in there system. Refill app is all wrong and to call the automatic system is awful it cycles for 8 mins asking same questions over and again and again. We can never get to talk to the by getting transfered withput waisting 10 min then we wait again for even longer for the pharmacy while listening to elevatpr music then automation cycles again askingbus yo use the broken app. Worst is they put refill in process but never get it ready to be filled and I am missing important scripts or wont tell you then antibiotics arnt in stalk until you go there then they dony want to check who has iy makingvyou go to another line again and wait some more and can't even refill with app because they left it in a cycle as step 2 of the in process but never filled it or got it put of cycle or never made iy ready to be filled or even show up as refills because it is stuck on steps before ready for pick up from November 2023. As if someone started to fill it then walked away while never finishing it. Ugh! CVS should pay for better staff asap. Still waiting for pharmasist over 21 min and counting. They really dont deserve 1 star.

The pharmacy quickly answered the phone today and took care of some administration on a prescription. Excellent customer service.

I have had problems in the past with CVS pharmacy in Sudbury and I was attempting to pick up a prescription which should have been ready when the recording said so. Not ready even when I called it in. No more, I have had it with them,going elsewhere.

My experience at this CVS pharmacy branch has been painful, to say the least. For someone who works in healthcare, I’m often amazed at how unpleasantly difficult some of the staff make this experience.I don’t recall a single prescription refill at this pharmacy that has not required me to wade through obstruction, misinformation and wasted time.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Never pick up phone. Always creating lines for no reason. Will pay no attention to customer even when they clearly see you waiting.

Sitting here at cvs sudbury ma watching the workers work on their lunch break. Lol they have silly sign up saying open 9am to 8pm. No sign for closed for working lunch.cvs you should be ashamed of yourselves

I am yet to not have an issue picking up my medication here. On top of that they are extremely rude.Literally go to any pharmacy but this one unless you want to have to jump over several hurtles just to get a prescription filled.
