I went in to learn about watches and Fay was exceptionally helpful. I also had no idea they had an in house jeweler for adjustments to existing jewelry. I was able to bring in a couple of rings for resizing (adding metal) and polishing. I was shocked that they were able to complete the resizing same day and the quality was superb. The only thing I am kicking myself over is not going in sooner.”
