I'd like to comment on the help I got from the staff at the Sudbury branch of Main St. Bank. I was in the midst of a very difficult situation (emotional, family related), hardly the usual setting for bank transactions. They were wonderful, a lovely group of people who took the time to understand my problems and walk me through the solutions. Can't thank them enough, very unusual and personal experience. Thanks you guys.

The Sudbury branch at Main Street has a great staff and has always been helpful when I've had to call about something.This branch is also conveniently located in the Roche/Sudbury Farms location.

We first worked with Main Street Bank for Mass Save Heat loan in 2021, first for the installation of a Tesla roof. Nich A. in the Sudbury branch demonstrated outstanding engagement and knowledge of the process, the service that he and his team provided made it an excellent experience which could not have been any easier. In the past month we have needed to replace our furnaces which meant another Mass Save Heat loan and given the excellent experience we had the first time there was no question that we would return to Main Street Bank. Even though he was in the middle of training, Nich went out of his way to help us get this secured and approved on a very short time-line. Thanks to Nich and Main Street Bank, we now have a much greater understanding of what a community bank means and brings to the table compared to the larger, national banks. We will certainly return to them for future banking needs.

I went into the Sudbury Branch to investigate options regarding an automobile loan to buy out a lease agreement.I sat with Branch Manager, Nich Abraham for nearly an hour. It was an extraordinary experience.
