I love my new rug. The buying experience at Sudbury Rug and Carpet was enjoyable through every step of the process; showroom visit where sales rep made suggestions based on the style I was interested in, allowing me to take many samples home to view in the space, the order and pricing breakdown, expected time frame for completion, quality of binding and pad, and prompt friendly delivery. Highly recommend this company.

I knew I wanted to work with Nancy and support small business with my shop move in Sudbury. Nancy immediately knew what I was looking for price wise and accommodating a short time frame. The carpet came right in and her installer Bruce treated my shop as though it was his own. He methodically took out the existing floor and beautifully installed my new warm and welcoming carpet!

Sudbury Rug And Carpet did an impeccable job with our renovation. Our project included a runner for a staircase that turns, and two bedrooms and a hallway. The carpet is high quality and the installation was perfect.

Perfection start to finish! Nancy and her team were extraordinary. The whole experience was highly tailored to what we wanted / needed. Nancy was extremely knowledgeable about products (lead time, quality, fit) and she was amazingly communicative. Price beat out other carpet stores by a comfortable margin. Sudbury Rug installed a stair & hallway runner, living room carpet and made custom cut area rugs for our sunroom and mudroom. Her installation team was polite and respectful while their work was meticulous. The finished product was right out of a design magazine.

From start to finish dealing with Sudbury Rug and Carpet was a pleasure. There was never any pressure, and in the end I couldn't be happier. Nancy is on top of things and was in touch the whole way through the process. Hats off to the installers who installed the carpet on what had to be one of the hottest days of the summer. A++

We have a Native American woven rug that we recently dropped off for cleaning at Sudbury Rug. Before we could drop it off, our new puppy managed to damage it, leaving two separate areas on the edges that had been chewed. Sudbury Rug received the rug and then notified us, at cleaning, that it was quite valuable and recommended repair from a qualified weaver/cleaner. They used a local person who took in the rug and performed the necessary repairs. We can only say that once the rug came back to us, it looked AMAZING! The colors after cleaning were completely restored and looked brilliant, and we literally could not tell where the torn and frayed edges of the rug had been damaged. KUDOS is hardly strong enough to reflect our appreciation for the results we got from Sudbury Rug! They worked a minor miracle. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in making sure we were 100% HAPPY!
