Their ATMs have been broken and inoperable for over a month. Every time I ask they say we have a call into service. An international bank with astronomical resources can’t fix both ATMs in under a couple months??? That signifies a lack of caring which in a service business is review worthy. Don’t waste your time here because they do not value you or your time.

Ashley was very patient and worked very hard on my TD bank issue. She is kind, outgoing and very professional. I would come back to her in the future with any TD bank issues I have.

Great banking service ever.I just open my new account on June the process very easy to understand and the manager (Judy) explained everything about the account very clearly. But my mobile banking not working at that’s moment.Judy try to call technical to help but it Saturday and technical not working and explain to me what going on and told me to wait until Monday.Monday morning the mobile banking is working already and nearly noon Judy call me to ask that’s everything working already. She very professional, explained everything clearly and super friendly.After few day I also got the Thank you card from Judy, she wrote it by herself. Great banking experience ever !

Today, 3/5/22 my mother and I stopped by TD Bank to complete multiply transactions and I was very pleased with the service provided during the transactions., which prompted this writing.The outstanding service and pleasant personality that was provided needed to be mentioned to all those that may consider conducting business at this bank branch or any other bank in the future.The Assistant Store Manager is Ashley Caretta, she is very professional, knowledgeable and has an outstanding personality.I highly recommend her when conducting any banking business, particularly those matters that you would like to be done with confidence and competence.Thank you, Ashley CarettaSteve

I visit several TD Bank branches and have had consistently had a great experience. You can count on getting friendly, efficient service. The Sudbury branch in particular has been great.

I have bussiness account with TD. I always go to Sudbury branch. Everybody is very polite and helpful. Today, specifically Ashley helped me. She is really nice. She patiently checked my account and tried to explain to me what is going on. I called again and get guide to use my online banking. She is knowledgeable and willing to help. Thank you Ashley.

I unfortunately had a bad experience here.. I was trying to get cash out of my account, and the person helping me, her name was Regina, she's a dark woman.. She was talking to me being a little personal which is fine, but one minute she was nice, the next she snapped and raised her voice at me, and it made me very uncomfortable.. I didn't even say or do anything wrong. She seemed very irate.. I am closing my accounts due to her behavior towards me. Hopefully I can do this over the phone, so I don't encounter her anymore.. Should do a better background check I guess..Zero stars if I could..

Usually they are ok, but today I went to deposit $320 in various bills and they tried to borderline steal $100 from me. The teller takes the money and counts it. Then she acts like I'm trying to pull one over on her, and says that it's $100 less than I said. I recounted and said I had 2 50s. Where are my two 50s? After five minutes of arguing she finds my money on the ground. Behind the booth. Where she had dropped it. It could have been an honest mistake, but either way it is horrible and unprofessional service.

Friendly staff very professional.. There Asm is absolutely one of the best I have come across in a financial institution in sometime. The whole team there is the best. They have trivia games where customers can win little prizes. It's always clean and organized. extremely pleased to be one of there customers. i definitely recommend This bank for all of your banking needs. Big and small
