I’ve been coming here for the last several months after my aunt told me I had to try this nail studio. I absolutely love it and will not be going anywhere else. The staff are friendly and accommodating. You can show them a photo of any design you want and they will do it for you. They are extremely talented! My nails are beautiful and they last anywhere from 3-4 weeks! Recommend this place!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. I’ve been coming here for years, but after today, I won’t be back.
I brought my 5-year-old daughter with me to get her nails done. She asked for gel polish — something fun for her, and something that usually peels off within a day anyway. When it came time to pay, they charged $35 for her nails. I asked if they could apply a kids’ price, considering she’s five years old, has tiny nails, and they didn’t even do her cuticles.
Not only did they refuse, but they wouldn’t even make eye contact or explain. Just kept repeating, “Everyone is same price.” Honestly, that’s ridiculous. Charging full adult price for a child’s mini manicure with no effort to accommodate or even acknowledge the concern? That’s a terrible way to treat loyal customers.
Plenty of other salons in the area that are friendlier, more reasonable, and know how to treat their regulars. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I searched for a nail place after moving out to the area for years. I would find a place that did a good job, but then the next time I would go back and get subpar service…. Not at Tip Tech! Everyone who has done my nails at Tip Tech has done a great job, they last forever! The salon is always clean, the staff is always friendly. Absolutely love this place. So glad I finally found them!

I went to several nail salons in Sudbury to find the best place and this is it. Consistently perfect every time. I don’t even want to say who I love because I don’t want everyone to take her from me. But I have to say that I’ve had Tracy and Maggie and Nancy and they’re all amazing.

This was the worst nail service I have ever had done. I had an appointment made weeks in advance and was taken 45 minutes late when the workers knew I had an appointment to be at right after this. They had taken 2 walk in mani pedis just minutes before my appointment was scheduled so when I came in no one was available to do my nails. I was not even greeted by a worker until my appointment was 30 minutes late. I almost completely missed my other appointment which was not able to be rescheduled. I went back later to speak with the person who did my nails about what happened and she was extremely rude and snooty towards me during the entire interaction. This was an all around horrible experience and I would not recommend going here. The service was awful, the workers were rude, and while the nails were good, I could have gotten the same quality anywhere else and had a much better experience.

Best nail salon in Sudbury and beyond! Surprised to see the last review from someone whose nails are clearly weeks old and probably not taken care of. You don't buy a car, get into an accident, and then blame the dealership Owners and staff all friendly, has helpful suggestions, and does a great job every single time. Never disappointed and I always leave happy!

I literally can't. I'm sorry. I don't like hating on smaller places, but total fail. I asked for ombré nails with pink fading into a subtle purple. How was I supposed to know that the powder that APPEARED to be a light lavender was actually a dark sky blue? Sure, cute, but it did NOT go well with the 'pink' that was actually just the same shade as my nail. I feel like the people doing my nails should know what color the powders ACTUALLY are. So she filed it down and nearly made my finger bleed, then put the powder on, proceeded to take 2 hours, constantly turning to talk to someone else, and the ombré effect? Yeah... not so much. Also, my thumb nail was TILTED. TILTED, DIAGONOLY! PLUS, just a WEEK after I got them done, TWO of them CRACKED. Just CRACKED. My nails under them cracked too, and I was bleeding. I know if you get tips/powder then you shouldn't be expecting to have healthy nails, BUT STILL! Plus, I was overwhelmed and had no idea that tips would also cost an extra bajillion dollars! Wth? I'm disappointed, to say the least. If you get anything, get dazzle dry. Or heck, just get it and do it at home.

Hands down the best nail salon in the area. Maggie and Helen are awesome! Everyone is very welcoming and they always make sure their clients are happy.

I have been coming to Tip Tech for 20 years to have Nancy do my manicures and pedicures. She's the best and so sweet.
