Walk in and man and woman are off to back sitting deep in conversation. Note packages are laying on weigh scale and every surface of counter in the store. The woman acknowledges me with courtesy, walks over scans my parcel without touching it, asks if I need a receipt, prints it, leaves my parcel where I had placed it on the counter and returns back to her conversation leaving my parcel on the front counter.
How is that for building any confidence in the security of one's packages when left off at UPS? This is not typical of my experience at UPS; they are generally better organized and I feel my parcels are secure. Just seemed uncharacteristically haphazard at this location.

Victor at UPS Sudbury, MA has been essential in getting my package sent to Israel, through the Israeli customs. Victor has been thorough, professional and friendly. In fact, UPS Sudbury has been unfailingly helpful over the years.

The last two times I have come in to the Sudbury mass location… I left in a bad mood. The customer service here is lacking. The customer service rep is RUDE!. So I came in here one time and I was carrying a heavy box… Customer service person walked past me and couldn’t even hold the door for me. This time I follow directions on an Amazon return but he said I did it wrong and that they are not responsible if it gets damaged. I called Amazon and they said I did it just fine and that I was protected. Not going back to this store again. Don’t recommend it. By the looks of the other reviews and the rating this place has other people feel the same way.

They get the job done. They seem to always be 1/2 person understaffed. But they accept my returns and nothing has gotten lost. So glad they are close by.

Have literally never had a friendly or helpful experience here, whether it's trying to ship a package or waiting for a notary appointment (the notary just never showed, even though our appointment was confirmed)

I had the best experience while using this store. I shipped a small package that contained important documents. When it didn't arrive to its destination in a timely manner, I contacted the store. Victor assisted me in tracking the package, calling the destination location, and filing a lost package claim ahead of schedule, just in case. Victor stayed in touch with me on the status of the package, and as luck would have it, the package arrived safe and sound! Without his help, I don't think the outcome would have had such a happy ending!! Thank you, Victor!
